I have been to this Olive Garden location more times than I could count. I have never had a bad experience here but also never anything to write home about. Until today. My daughter and I went for a quick dinner and our server was Kevin. I must say I have NEVER had a server that I have enjoyed as much as him . I am not one who enjoys the robotic high pitched customer service voices people use when working and today I was served by Kevin who fit my expectations of a server to a Tee. Very straight forward, allowed us to enjoy eating without coming to the table every five seconds to ask how things were. I also enjoyed the honesty that was given when questions were asked. I always use this location because it’s convenient and now I have a reason to want to return 10/10 customer service.

Here’s a place to go where the staff makes fun of saying they’re “dude I’m dyslexic” while trying to say my name and laughing. Why not just ask instead of making it a joke or referring to someone with learning disability as your joke!! They thought it was funny to say that!! While I’m already upset they had me waiting an additional 30 minutes for a PICK UP ORDER for myself!!!

I placed my order online for pickup. The order was supposed to be ready by 5:28 pm. I didn’t get my order until after 6:00 pm. I had to go inside twice to check on the pick up order. Each time I went inside they said they were waiting on meatballs. Just 6 meatballs. Meanwhile, multiple other food orders for pickup that came after me were ready and served before me… Speaking with their pickup staff was ridiculous. They were making jokes about my name saying they were “dyslexic” as if that’s a joke. In the future for other customers. Your estimated time should include delays that might happen. Going to go pick up your food from a restaurant, tipping them for service, having someone bring you the receipt as soon as you check in but then having them wait 30 additional minutes because of meatballs is incredibly frustrating. Having the audacity to say we want your food to be fresh but everything including the meatballs being lukewarm or cold after saying it’ll be fresh is a joke. This is the worst Olive Garden in Las Vegas!! Never had this type of experience at any of there locations. Maybe if they weren’t busy making jokes of people with learning disabilities and had professional employees. They wouldn’t be serving cold food to people!!

Well, this makes me really upset to have to go out of my way to make a bad report. My non-verbal son, who LOVES music and being sung to, especially ON his birthday. I was not given that option this time. It was his 13th birthday, which we usually go to a kid-friendly place and celebrate. I wanted to do something extra special since he’s now a teenager. He does not eat by mouth, so I have to blend his food. I told the waitress It was my sons birthday, wispwring it to her, then she asked if I wanted it here or to go, I said to go due to us just not having the room for it and i needed to blend it. So the waitress by the name a Janey, brought it out without any sing staff.(what she should have done was ask if we wanted to sing and suggested to bring it out on a plate then put it in a box) instead I asked if they would sing for him. She told me that if I get it to go, they don’t do that. Now I don’t complain much, and I used to be a waitress for years. Never have I been denied for my kid to be sung to. I know some places don’t do it but I knew Olive garden does. To be told they wouldn’t, ESPECIALLY to my child ? An Adult, maybe, but that was extremely disheartening, ’cause that would have made his day. I cried for my kid cause I didnt get to video it, even to share with all his fans (which this story is being shared to on his fans page.) Instead, I have to share a sad story about how I spent a lot of money to go out and have this experience…. To top it off. I went to the manager by the nane of Rochelle , and she apparently already knew what happened because the waitress said something to her, and all I got was an apology. I didn’t go out just to eat; I could have made this all at home and gotten a real birthday experience. My son had tears in his eyes as he went home. He’s nonverbal, but he’s fully aware of his surroundings. I will never go back to this Olive Garden and his fans will also be boycotting along side with us. Send me home with more breadsticks, Offer to sing to him now, a $10 gift card, or something to compensate for the disappointment we had to endure. Please save yourself and go to a different location. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it really ruined his birthday. Cause that’s all he gets: experiences, not food, not presents. I take him places to enjoy and make memories that are more important to us.

So, I went for my wife’s birthday today. First time we have been back since last year. When we first walked in, we stood in the lobby for a good five to six minutes, maybe more. Making eye contact with the lady behind the bar and her trying to ignore us. Afterward, the lady came out of the bathroom and sat us at our table. We ordered our food and sat back to wait to eat and enjoy my wife’s dinner. Our plates came, and they guy who brought it was extremely rude. He started grating cheese over my wife’s drink and was doing it very rushed and very clumsy, spilling cheese all over my wife’s neck in her drink and all over the table. When I asked him to please be more careful, he got extremely rude and did the same thing to my young daughter. I finally had to tell him to please just walk away. we were good. Then, as we all started to eat, my other daughter was like “Dad” they didn’t bring my food. I had once again left the table and looked for the manager. They apologized for forgetting my daughters order and walked away. 20 min later, after all our food was cold, they brought her plate. Obviously, we were not all gonna eat without her. We are all here celebrating my wife’s dinner, but it was an absolute failure. I feel so bad for my wife. Look, I get certain things happen, but when you’re paying over 160 bucks, you expect to at least all eat together. Very very disappointed. The manager could of cared less. The only good out of it was our waitress Shannon. She had class and understood the situation.

First time ever at an olive garden. How incredibly exciting, and what a fun experience.

The good:

The experience and the server. Mathew is a legend. Easily 5* service.

The okay:

For once, I’m going to lump all the food basically together. Everything was just okay. Everything was salty.

The bad:

The dessert was full on frozen, and I still had ice crystals, which gave the bite a fun crunch. Let me say it again. Everything was salty. I guess people like that I do not.

Tldr :fun experience unlimited bread

**CHECK YOUR CURBSIDE ORDERS** they will nicely ask to put your food in the car for you without checking it first – picked up on Christmas Eve and drove off to Indian springs to a dinner with my family, just to find out my JUMBO salad was missing – what’s olive garden without the salad? Called the manager and he asked me to check my bag again, REALLY? like oh yes my JUMBO SALAD was hiding under a Napkin wich I did not get – not to mention the food was cold. Manager was nice but has plenty of room for improvement.

Our waiter AJ was so sweet and attentive. Always had a smile on his face and constantly checked on us and if we needed anything.

The manager Braiden (I hope I spelt his name right) came around and introduced himself to all the customers in the restaurant. Made sure we also had what we needed and made sure their service was great. Never had that happened in any of the restaurants I’ve been in.

AJ and Braiden thank you taking care of us!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Went for a dinner to celebrate my birthday. We had a party of 8 and we had 2 servers so our drinks were never empty and they were both very nice and help make the evening more special by bringing me a piece of cake and singing Happy Birthday to me!!

A group of us had lunch to celebrate a relative’s birthday. The hostess was very helpful and accommodating. The manager even came to speak to us about how they prepared special dishes for a few of us who were gluten sensitive. She was very friendly! Our server, “C”, was super nice and patient because at times we were all chatting and distracted. The two people that brought our meals were super sweet. One was a lady with her hair pulled back. I wish I could remember her name, because she was very helpful, but everyone was super nice! As for the food, I was pleasantly surprised with how good everything was because honestly–Olive Garden hasn’t been in my top ten since the 90’s when it comes to favorite restaurants, but this one may be the “go to” location for my family and future birthdays. My dish (the grilled chicken margherita) tasted just as good as it looked in the picture! I was going to get a glass of wine but then I noticed that the peach raspberry iced tea was about half the calories, and it was really good! I never finish my drinks, but I did today. I will say that there were a few little brown leaves of lettuce in my salad, but I just tossed them to the side, no big deal. It was delicious.
