I’ve wanted to stop in and try Bruchi’s out for a while. I love a good cheesesteak.
When my wife asked me on Sat morning to suspend college football and accompany her to Costco, I knew my moment had come.
I expected a top-tier sandwich, from a sub shop, but what I bit into was near divine. Apparently, from what Mrs later told me, everyone around also knew of my enjoyment coming from the sounds I was making.
I just think she was a little jealous.

It was a complete train wreck. The staff was clueless and there was no management on site. Ordered two sandwiches both were wrong. One was 6″ instead of 12″. The other was 13″ with extra meat and cheese, it had no extra anything the bread was two separate od shaped and sized pieces. Ordered two large drinks went to fill or cups and there were no lids. The clerk was like “OH yeah we don’t have any lids” after several minutes of trying to iron out a solution with the lid because we were taking out they finally gave us 4 medium cups. What a joke. The place used to be great under the old ownership this new guy not so much. I contacted him by email to advise of the nightmare going on in his establishment with no response. The place was dirty and tables needed to be bussed. The whole place needed a good wipe down with sanitizer. The bathrooms were disgusting with urine everywhere and trash cans over flowing. I’m sure they would probably gotten a D or F on a health inspection. It’s really sad because it used to be a great place.

I ordered a large fries they were extremely cold. Ordered 12 in turkey no oil or vinegar add mayo. Had no mayo but plenty of oil and vinegar paper even said no oil. Ordered the chicken Caesar salad w spring mix Xtra mushrooms I think they forgot 90% of my salad because this is nothing. So disappointed I definitely should have read reviews first ..

every time I hit Bruchi’s for a cheesesteak, it feels like I’m getting a little slice of Philly without having to hop on a plane. The way they stack the meat, the perfect melt on the cheese, that soft but toasty roll it all hits exactly the way a real cheesesteak is supposed to. There’s this comfort to it, like something familiar you grew up with, i feel like the food critic from ratatouille when he eats the ratatouille and gets hit with nostalgia, and every bite brings back the vibe of grabbing a late night cheesesteak on a cold East Coast night. It’s not just food, it’s the feeling of home, the kind of spot you keep coming back to because it never misses. The service is quick, the portions are legit, and the flavor always slaps. Five stars easy, not even a debate—Bruchi’s really does it right.

We had such a great experience here today for lunch. Our second time and we will definitely be coming back! The food was fresh and delicious, and most importantly customized to my wife’s liking. The highlight though was the customer service. Megan was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

Clean atmosphere. Kid friendly with the high chairs and booster seats. My husband got the steak meat lover, and I got the Italian sub. Both were tasty! My bread wasn’t pretty when it came to me. It looked squished and not presentable. But it tasted good.

I ordered the Supreme Chicken Cheesesteak with no cheese or peppers (lactose intolerant).
The sandwich was unfortunately a miss for me. I’m not sure if it was the bread, but it didn’t give me the nostalgic feeling I got as a kid eating one. The fries were overcooked to me.
Service:
The staff were nice, and they got our order correct. A lot of places put cheese on out of habit.
Environment:
Clean with a lot of seating space.
