Playplace is on the smaller side but was clean. The room that is normally a bathroom next to it is a closet so if your kid has to go to the bathroom you have to pack up everything and go across the building… there were 2 groups eating next to the playground that didn’t have kids like it is a private room (or employee break room).
Food was okay and the front end person was friendly at least.
Overall… I’d go somewhere else if I have my kids with me.

Went here a couple weeks ago and the customer service lady kept repeating herself off a scripted and my mom politely told she didnt need to and she pretty much stated she had to because the Owner was in the building. So you only provide good customer service when the big bosses are around? Today i order some food and didnt even receive the main item let alone utensils to eat my oatmeal. I called them and they had no intentions to replace what was missing or give me my refund.

Went by just now one manager was amazing forgot to get her name but I did ask her if the other lady working the window taking order was a manager. She informed me that Cassandra is in fact a manager. I would like to say she is not good with customers she is rude when talking, taking orders, I gave her $16 she handed me it back saying it’s $16 which I knew that and said this is that how much is it and she then said $16.77 gives back my change doesn’t save thank you or anything. I think it would be better to not have her interact with customers.

Open 24 hours but yet we get here and doors are locked and no one answering to take our orders. This is completely unprofessional will not be returning to this McDonald and will be emailing and calling the corporate office with pictures and proof of this happening

Paid for large fry, barely gave an amount of a small fry. This place consistently cuts corners on the orders and gets them wrong. Rarely ever gets it right. I do not recommend this establishment.

The time is 2:07 pm…..I’ve sat in line almost 20 minutes while the other line was moving. This is crazy…..why are you guys soooo damn slow? Have they change the sense of urgency for the Drive-thru??? I work in the area, and the eateries pretty much suck at service. It takes me months to stop here again….hoping it’ll be better than before….and NO. Just as bad or worse. Wish the manager or GM cared more.

Very poorly managed, I’ve had a few bad encounters with this location but tonight was the final straw. I have been to this location before when the lobby was closed and they’ve served me on my electric bike in the drive through, I forgot my lunch for work so I figured I’d pop by and get a burger and fries when I got off. So here it is, 11:25pm, I just got off work and I’m pulling into the drive through and they refuse to serve me, said I had to be in a car to use the drive through. I said I’ve come through the drive through before on my electric bike without problem and this little girl says “well I don’t know what to tell you but you have to be in a car” so now, here I am starving and trying to scrounge up a snack so I can get to bed fast because I have to be up to open my store in the morning. So much for my simple solution.

Just drove thru and got the 10pc meal and they gave me nuggets with no fries. Service was fast and now I know why. Also I asked for the new buffalo ranch sauce and they gave me a buffalo and ranch. I’m very upset. No fries??? Since when do you get that lazy when I’m the only customer there??…

This location can do better with their quality of food. Half way filled frappes, uncooked raw eggs, old fries and the drive through service is extremely unprofessional. They will curse you out and make sure to remind you “they work at McDonalds they don’t care” which is appalling. It really doesn’t matter which time of the day you go, they will provide terrible food quality and horrible customer service. Go to another location if you want better treatment and food for your money not to mention, they are now charging for syrup. They usually take down reviews that help your community.

Been to this location a few times and today was one of the best visits besides the wait which is a normal wait time given it was much rush if just have to say that the cashier that placed our order was VERY POLITE AND VERY WELCOMING her name is Salina and I’m glad she was there today for our visit !!!!! And thank you for the lemonade!!!!
