This place is a hit or miss. The food is great sometimes and other times its awful. Ive had excellent steaks and some with so much grissel the steak was not edible. Ive always recieved great service here. Mandy is wonderful. She is so attentive and always on it with refills and making sure everything came out correct. Caryn one of the managers is wonderful. Anytime there has been an issue she makes sure it is corrected. The only reason its not 5 stars for me is because of the food.

Disappointed. We ordered Togo soups cause it’s freezing today and wanted warmth at home. Ordered 3 potato soup and one French onion. We got 4 potato soup and no French onion. Yeah mistakes happen but we got bowls that aren’t even full.. and then my husband had to come home and also heat them up.. and no bread was given.. come on guys. I give it 2 stars cause it is good but no bowls are full, order wasn’t right, and no bread with given with literal soup..

Pros :
– I went at lunch time (2pm), and was able to be seated right away.
– Beautiful atmosphere
– Good lunch specials for ones not trying to spend a lot.
Cons :
– Our waitress was horrible. They wasn’t busy at all, but you couldn’t tell with her absence. She forgot to give us silverware, and straws. Had to end up asking another waitress to ask her.
– Gave us way to small of a to-go boxes, also not a bag to carry it in.
– Didn’t pick up previous dishes. So we had a full table, even with stacking.
Overall : This restaurant is a good restaurant. The food is 6/10. I’m still giving good stars, and tip, even though the waitress could use a lot of work before working at a fine establishment.

Thirty minute wait on a Saturday but that’s typical. Sat at the table, it was not cleaned well. Took a waiter almost ten minutes to show up. The food was good. Our cocktails were good also.

We were going to longhorn just to end our lovely day. The person that welcomed us in was very welcoming. Our waiter was very rude didn’t ask us how we were. She treated us like we were on the bottom of her list and like we weren’t as important as every other guest. My husband had asked her to return his steak to be cooked more and she told him it was cooked medium well when it was still all the way pink and had blood. Our experience was completely ruined and we couldn’t even enjoy our food. It took forever to get 1 refill. We asked 4 waiters for more bread and it never happened. We left basically wasting money instead of spending it like we wanted to. It was a very disappointing time.

Kind of sad. Normally this location is great. But we were sat and waited a very long time to be greeted and get our drink order taken. Server was Shay. Waited so long, she wanted to take our drink order and food order at the same time. Asked for A1. Never received it. Had to get it ourselves. Asked another server for a refill. Our server brought it but my son had already finished his meal by that time. My renegade sirloin was over cooked and covered in pepper. So much so that I had to cut the crust off to even eat it. It was my mother in laws birthday so this meal was important and we were all pretty disappointed with the service. Everyone else’s food was good except my steak. I know it’s not a regular occurrence so we will be back bc this is the best location.

The food today was subpar, the salt content in the French onion soup , the restaurant is even dingy, and needs a thorough cleaning. However, I cannot even begin to give Rowan enough praise, he was extremely attentive to detail and he is the only reason this rating isn’t lower. Thank you Rowan for taking such good care of me & my husband, you truly are remarkable.

I have been coming here since their opening and I have never been disappointed! Today, my mom treated me here for my birthday after the Helene hurricane leaving us without power, so this was a much needed break for the both of us today.
