We had a really good experience at Olive Garden recently. It’s always nice when a restaurant lives up to the promise of “fresh,” and this visit definitely did.
We started with the classics—the unlimited salad and breadsticks. The salad was crisp and fresh (we polished it off quickly!), and the breadsticks were warm and soft as always.
For the entrees, everything came out piping hot:
The Five Cheese Ziti al Forno was baked perfectly with that delicious golden cheese crust on top.
We also got the Chicken Parmigiana, which was hearty and comforting.
It is a very kid-friendly place, too. We ordered shells with alfredo sauce and broccoli for the little one, which was a hit. It’s great to have solid options that kids actually enjoy eating.
Overall, a wonderful atmosphere for a family meal. We left full and happy!
We enjoyed our meal and once the obnoxious table left the restaurant was much quieter.
Over all the restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Food was nice and warm and tasty.
The only thing i would say is that it is quite pricey, it says bottomless pasta deal but really all the add on’s get expensive, and in the end it’s like a $25 pasta with just a couple of veggies and one meat. So for a family of 4 even without drinks it’s $100+ if you get just one dessert and 4 dinners.
My visit to Olive Garden was really disappointing mainly because of the service. Our server, Rose, was noticeably rude throughout the meal. Olive Garden is known for unlimited soups, but when we asked for refills she sighed, acted annoyed, and made us feel like we were bothering her even though we were polite and said thank you every time.
She also kept rushing us by repeatedly asking if we wanted boxes, even while we were still eating. Our water glasses sat empty for a long time before she finally refilled them. Overall, her attitude had zero energy or warmth and made us feel unwelcome, which really affected the whole experience. The food was fine, but the service brought the rating down. She either needs to be retrained or replaced. This is going down as one of the worst sit down services I’ve received.
on the street even though we left clear instructions for how to buzz our door, he had our number, and we tipped over 10%. We called the restaurant and the staff were very helpful and we were able to get a full refund. Wanted to say thank you for amazing service! When we found our ran over food i saw that they had even given me extra croutons like i had asked 🙁 thanks yall! Added a photo in case it helps you get money from uber!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden. Jonah, our waiter, was excellent — friendly, attentive, and always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, fresh, and served just right. It’s always nice to enjoy great food paired with such thoughtful service. Jonah truly made our visit outstanding!
