0 stars. Starbucks is not in touch with their customer base anymore. Using the bathroom for storage seems unhealthy and inappropriate. It did make it easy for me to quit going though.

I live very close to this Starbucks and I usually stop in several times a week, sometimes twice per day. I am always impressed by the staff and their ability to not only deliver great service and quality beverages, but to do it in such a friendly and kind way. Sam especially makes me feel good with a kind remark every time he takes my order. Does this guy ever have a bad day? Some days it’s the only kind thing I hear in a day and he always has a way of making me smile. Thank you all, and thank you especially Sam. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.
