We come here 1-2 times a week (we go to woven care across the way 2 times weekly) and everyone is so kind. We have never had a problem. If an order is incorrect, it’s promptly fixed with kindness. I appreciate these staff members so much, especially considering my children are neurodivergent and treated like everyone else here. Thank you guys, signed the mom with the crazy kids

STOP PARKING CUSTOMERS!! Drive times should accurately reflect the 10-20+ minutes you will have to wait for your order. I came to get an order replaced because I was given the wrong order and waited 20 minutes in my waiting spot before walking inside and see 5-10 orders sitting on the counter getting cold while people waited. What is the point of giving someone a cold meal after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. I never receive good service at this location.

Kids want McDonald’s, so we went to the closest one. Ordered two mcdoubles, two cheeseburgers, one big mac, and one chicken big mac with large sweet iced tea in the drive-thru. Went to the second window and paid, we were handed the sweet iced. I tried it, and it was regular sweet iced tea. We received our meals and confirmed the six sandwiches by their wrappers and boxes. When we got home, we discovered a lot of issues. Out of two cheeseburgers, only one had pickles and onions. Out of the two mcdoubles, only one had two patties! The big mac sauce tasted spoiled. I don’t recommend this place, completely awful. I’m never going there again.

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. We waited 10 minutes for our order in the drive-thru, only for me to finally go inside and be told they had lost the order completely. They made a new one, which took another few minutes, and when we checked it, it was the wrong order again. I had to walk back inside a second time just to get it fixed.When we finally received the corrected food, they were missing all the condiments we clearly asked for. At that point we were just done. Super frustrating visit from start to finish. Definitely needs better organization and attention to orders.

Ive been eating at McDonald’s for years and last night was my absolute worst. 18.58 worth of burnt dried up burgers..I ordered 2 quarter pounders and 2 double cheeseburger. Not only was the food messed up,I waited over 9 minutes up at the last window as 3 cars got their orders a drove off. When i got home and pulled out the 1st burger it was cold.
This proformance was extremely below par. And it happened at 11:42pm. Unless they correct this burger miscarriage ill never eat there again

The people that work here at this McDonald’s is very rude. And disrespectful, they only take orders from one side of the drive through when there’s 2 lines. When you order, they don’t even take your order. The right way when you politely tell them oh, there was a mistake on the order they get mad and say that they can’t take orders at the window. But yet you wait 20 to 25 minutes in the drive through to even take your order. I will not be back to this McDonald’s. Let alone didn’t even give me all of my order. This is not a way of fast food place should be. Let alone have customer service as bad as this one.

I was missing a double cheeseburger and a small fry from my order for my family and because when I ordered I was asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no I’m good they can keep or toss it whatever. Well due to that mistake I wasn’t able to get my double cheeseburger and small fry because they couldn’t verify that I had ordered from that specific McDonald’s and so Iended up having to go by Burger King which was a few miles out of my way in order to get my kid the burger and fries they wanted. Not to mention the backlash I got from my kid about how they wanted McDonald’s not Burger King and. From the other aabout why they got Burger King and he didn’t. All in all McDonald’s turned made my night just freaking fantastic. Key takeaway always get your receipt… I guess

I was pleasantly surprised. Despite homeless people always outside this McDonald’s the inside was quite clean and tidy. The play place was very clean and fun for the kids and had a separate door/one way entrance that kept us apart from the other diners. They did mess up the order (which seems to be a reoccurring theme from the other reviews), but had the opportunity to bring the forgotten item quickly to the table once noticed. The kids had a fun time and enjoyed the happy meals. Win.

ALL OTHER FOOD IN THE ORDER WAS OKAY! BUT
I ordered 2 cheese burgers with NO MUSTARD and NO PICKLES
They gave me 2 CHEESEburgers with NO CHEESE only KETCHUP AND ONION.
I then called when I saw the mistake and just asked for a manager and explained the situation. And he said “ I highly doubt that we forgot cheese on a cheeseburger” in an extremely rude tone. Then said “I could bring in the order to remake it, or get off the phone because I don’t have time to talk” and said he “doubted it was uneaten” (no bites taken, as you can see in the photos)
I then called back and asked for another manager hoping to talk to some else that could just give me a refund or be more nice and helpful. A girl answers and said “yes we can give you a refund you just would need to bring the order in” then the manager that was on the call from before chimes in and says “if you want a refund you can just bring it in the morning”
Active night manager at McDonald’s on Janitell rd at 12:53 am is extremely rude!
So , I will be back in the morning for a refund and will be bringing you your cold CHEESEless CHEESEburgers in the morning.
UPDATE- went at 2:19 pm and explained situation instantly the workers agreed the manager last night was unprofessional and could have given us a refund last night. The worker CYRUS was so nice! He gave us a refund With no Issuse and even remade the order since We did in fact bring back the food uneaten. I hope all the bad employees there Can try to take page out of Cyrus’s book! WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER DURING DAY TIME HOURS ONLY!!
