This McDonald’s is trash. Been here multiple times. Today the issue was I put an order in at the kiosk. Used a code off the app to get a deal. Chose the pay cash at the counter option because of previous issues. Stood there a good 10mins while the manager herself on duty kept glancing at me never said nothing! Finally got the attention of another employee. Who said they don’t even have my ticket. Just to be told it’s on the front register still (standing by) finally printed it after I got paid…so no one was at the register until then…. Get my food the bun was hard no Mac sauce on Big Mac. And no salt on fries. Then they gave me root beer instead of coke.

Freaking disgusting. Never seen a filthier restaurant in my entire life. My kids really wanted to use to play area. It’s the only McDonalds with playroom so I picked up the trash and swept the floors myself bc the employees were too lazy to do their job. It was breakfast and There was old fries and nuggets from the day before everywhere. So that crap had been there for for two different shifts. Yall are gross and a disappointment to the whole city. It’s the first fast food restaurant on the highway coming into our town available to travelers. Yall need to do better.

I have never seen McDonald’s food look so perfect outside of a commercial in my entire 43 years on this Earth. The staff is awesome as well, and the food tastes as good as it looks, so if you’re looking for a good fast food burger in Mississippi, you could do a lot worse than this one. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

After waiting for 25 minutes inside the restaurant, I was able to place my order. The boy processed the order for the customer standing in front of me and then left to engage himself in something else, despite the fact that I was the next customer in line to be served. Even though he was looking at me from a distance, he did not approach me to take the order. It was apparent that there were many employees moving around in the kitchen doing little things here and there but none of them were taking the orders. Seems like they were all trying to ignore me. I finally called for assistance. A girl arrived to take my order.

I usually enjoy McDonald’s for a quick bite, but this visit was disappointing. The drive-thru line was long, which I expected, but the real issue was how slow and unorganized the service was once I got to the window. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed or not communicating well.
When I finally got my order, a few items were missing, and the food I did receive was lukewarm. The fries were soggy, and the sandwich looked like it had been thrown together in a rush. I tried to go back inside to get it corrected, but the inside was closed even though it was supposed to be open.
I’m giving two stars only because the staff was polite when I did speak to them, and I understand fast food can get hectic. But the overall experience just didn’t meet the standard I expect from McDonald’s. Hopefully, things improve with better management and attention to detail.
