I was sorely disappointed with the new Panera Bread in Tullahoma Tennessee. I ordered the pick two and got the free cookie that came with using the app for the first time. My daughter used the same pic two but got different sandwiches. I know they’re only the half sandwich, but the comparison of the barbecue sandwich I got on sourdough compared to the turkey rancher that my daughter got, Was ridiculous. There was barely any chicken on the sandwich, wasn’t even enough to cover the bread slice. It had good taste, but it was thrown together and mashed by all the other items in the bottom of the bag.
I ordered the French onion soup, which had a great taste to it, but it showed it with croutons on the app, which I did not get.
The free cookie was priced at $2.99 and was the size of my palm. No way was that worth three dollars. The Apple was a small, knotty rocket apple that does not have the best of taste and feels like just throwing something in to try to play the customer over the cost of the expensive food.
I felt like for $11 I paid for a cup of soup and half a sandwich should’ve been a little better than what it was.
The service was not any better than the sandwichp. The two girls that were working inside making food were more concerned about their conversation than serving the customers., and obviously not concerned about throwing a sandwich together.
Next time, I think I will just go over to McAllister‘s across the road, or Jimmy John’s down the street, which have never failed to make me happy and was similar pricing.

If you have an allergy or you are vegetarian I would not go here to this particular restaurant despite the fact that atmosphere is very fancy it’s very nice they are not accommodating to the customers needs because I ordered a salad and told them that I cannot have any bacon because I am allergic two bacon and what do I get bacon bits in my salad despite the fact that I politely ask them please do not put any bacon in my salad or food and all they replied is we cannot reinsure that they may or may not be any bacon so that tells me this restaurant their salads and everything are already pre-made and also that they’re not really that accommodate to their customers, this is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant the other one was up in Nashville and they were more accommodating that and they didn’t have an attitude either because when I went over there they were kind of snippy and very smart with me and kind of rushed so I did not even feel welcome

I would give a lower rating if the manager wasn’t so kind and willing to fix issues. I placed my order and about 5 minutes later I got the email saying my order was ready. I pull up and the girl at the speaker told me to pull to spot 1 so I did. I waited around 20 minutes longer when the manager brought me my food except there had been a mix up and it wasn’t my food. He goes back in and brings my food to me and I ask if it had been ready since I got the email which at this point was already close to 25 minutes. So he offered to remake my food and did and brought us 2 free cookies. All I had ordered was 2 kids meals. One turkey and cheese and one grilled cheese. The food was really nothing special. It tasted like just Kraft singles. The 2 kids meals, 2 drinks, and a cookie was 18$ which seems a little steep considering the quality of the food was mid at best. The sweet tea kinda had a weird flavor. I’m willing to try them again in the future once they’ve been open for a while. There’s still lots of kinks to work out.

My wife and I visited for the first time today, Tuesday August 12, 2025. The bagels we got were very good. The service was friendly and efficient but my wife used the restroom and said it was not clean, and there was pipes laying on the floor.
The small footprint of the place does not accommodate many things that people love about Panera and the town of Tullahoma could support a larger restaurant!

When the owner was in and this business first started, it was amazing. Now there’s extended wait times at the window and lazy cooks.. The older lady upfront is wonderful. She is very nice, but the people in the back are sluggish slow and do not care if you drive away from drive through at all.

Two times doing a delivery order for multiple people. First time part of the order was missing. They did bring it to us. Second time ordered a later pick up time for lunch. The order for LUNCH was put together and delivered by 10:45. Tried to call to tell them that a later time was put in. The manager basically said to bad can’t change it. Thanks Panera for the cold food.

Very clean! Lucinda greeted me and offered to take my order personally, rather than using computer..good personal touch! I got my ‘usual’. The Pick 2-Asian Sesame chx salad and French onion soup. With unsweetened iced tea. The drink counter was organized and clean! (I do wish there had been slices lemons for my tea, but that’s not a complaint). Sitting outside in this beautiful weather, Lucinda brought my meal in under 3 minutes! It was very good. Soup was hot, salad was fresh and cold! Thanks! I’m a fan! I’ve been anticipating this opening excitedly…I’m happy the new business kinks have been worked out! I’ll definitely be back and will recommend!!

Hands down the best Panera I’ve been to! Friendly service, great food, and the manager Mike was hustling hard and making sure everyone left happy! 10/10 five stars is not enough !

Where to begin, wife and I decided to dine in. Nobody, I mean nobody in the front of house. Computerized ordering stations. After ordering we went to get our drinks while we waited on our food. No cups were to be found. Had to ask for cups from the assistant manager who then needed to verify what we had ordered, two sodas, and then she handed us our cups. Sitting at a table, we noticed our table was covered in food crumbs from the previous diners. After a 20 minute wait, for two toasted bagels and a danish (premade) they called our order for us to go and pick up. After having to call someone to get the Danish they had forgot to plate, after verification (again) on the receipt, the Danish was relinquished. Upon sitting back down at the table we cleaned ourselves, I adjusted my plate and noticed there was a very sticky substance on the edge of the plate, please see attached photos. How sticky you might ask? Sticky enough to suspend a napkin from, please see attached photo.
No welcoming or thanks from any employee there which included both the General Manager and assistant manager. A total of $20 for two toasted bagels with cream cheese one danish and two sodas served on an unclean plate, nasty table and zero employees around and a thankless crew. Doubt if I’ll be back.
