Food came quick and is delicious. Got the brisket and it did not disappoint, pulls apart perfectly. Didn’t love the seating so I took it to go, 5 min drive to the lake. Highly recommend! (Beer from the gas station, BBQ place doesn’t serve)

First time yesterday: Jerry Roland said as he handed the sandwiches out “ you are really going to like these”. Wow, was he right!! Perfection! Even the potato salad might be the best I’ve ever tasted! Definitely recommend!!

Quick service great food.
We tried the sausage dog which came with chips and a drink, bun was toasted perfectly, not too much mustard but enough, grilled onion and peppers on top, was a good cheese filled sausage.
Also we tried the Philly cheese steak, again perfectly toasted bun with generous and really really well seasoned and tender cheesy covered smoked steak. Had a good sauce with onions and peppers cooked properly not rushed.
Tried all three sides coleslaw, beans, and potato salad. Coleslaw was good not overly sweet, nor was it drenched in sauce. Beans were cooked with some bacon and we’re delicious. Potato salad was really good, again not too much Mayo or mustard, just a good solid seasoning and mixture of ingredients.
Lastly we tried the pulled pork, which by my experience is a gamble, but you have too try it right? Wasn’t dry at all, moist tender and BBQ sauce it was served with was good.
I would definitely come back and try the brisket as they were sold out this time I couldn’t try it.

While they were out of my first choice (brisket dip), the tri tip sandwich was great. Very tender meat and good BBQ sauce. The baked beans might have been the best I’ve ever eaten. No line, friendly service.

Good gravy this is the bomb. Needs to be renamed to Real Deal Roland’s BBQ. I got the brisket dip. My opinion only would drop the slather of cheese for a fresh ripe tomato, this amount of cheese belongs on a Philly. Once the cheese was removed and all I got was the brisket and the jus in this badass roll, I found pure bliss. Nice job making sure the roll was right.

Stopped for lunch yesterday and had the brisket sandwich. It was so tender, juicy and flavorful that I didn’t use any of the BBQ sauce.
