So I guess dominos does not provide cheese and pepper anymore . Unless you buy it . Custumer service was not it and I order my pizza with extra cheese and this does not look like extra cheese . Box was dirty upon arrival . Yeah I’m not doing dominos again. Y’all are better off going to a mom&pop shop . I visited the store 9/25 at 4pm

This store does a great job and they’re always pretty quick about getting our orders ready for pickup! We’re here at least twice a month picking up pizzas for our son’s sports team and they’re always hit and just as ordered. Carside delivery is the BEST!

Ordered the 50% off anything on the menu. Picked a Large pizza with extra cheese and 8 toppings. Almost about $50. So I paid around $25 with the deal special. When I went to get it, the sauce was little. The extra cheese is basically the same like regular free cheese it comes with, the most disappointing of it all. The 8 toppings I asked was pretty much 2 or 3 pieces of each toppings. So it was lightly added on the top of the pizza. Good job Domino’s. I will not be returning to Dominos ever again.. This was my 2nd times getting screwed. 1st one in Upland and 2nd here in Claremont. I urge you bring your business elsewhere. Bullwinkle pizza , Pizza hut, oh hell even Little Caesar was heck a lot better than this pizza. U need to train your team members how to make pizza right.

Ordered extra sauce on pan pizza. It was barely any sauce or cheese or pepperoni. When I called to let them know that it was not made to the specifications and the extra charges the manager – Chris – was very flippant and admitted that the dough was old. It was clear that the dough was at least 1-2 days old. He said that he made the pizza himself so I was like “as a manager you would let that low quality and sloppy pizza leave the store- “he said yes, its fine. Very disappointing. Will stop going to this Dominos. Please use caution at Claremont Dominos or go to the San Dimas location if you want better pizza or to not get scammed when you order extra ingredients . THE WORST PIZZA EVER, JUST LIKE HOW IT USED TO BE AND DOMINOS HAD TERRIBLE PIZZA IN THE PAST , AND TODAY AS WELL!

I have been going to this Claremont Domino’s location since 2017 and it never disappoints. I always do the carry out option and the staff who are at the counter or curbside delivery are always friendly and I never have to wait very long. My pizza order has always been correct and I really like that the app lets me know when it is in the I oven as I can start heading over to pick it up. Overall I am very happy with the service at this location. Keep it up guys ! oh and a tip, the “black box” pan pizza is a game changer. Totally worth the extra chart.

It was awesome. The young men are so polite, and professional. The young man that finished my order was awesome. He even pronounced my last name accurately. He was very informative, and he took the time to answer my questions. On my “app” it said that “Joseph” was preparing my order. The “app” let me know exactly how my order was going, and when it would be ready. By the way, the deal that you are currently offering (Any size pizza with multiple toppings for $9.99 is AWESOME!!!)

So my roommate picked this up on her way home from work, had I been there I would have complained immediately. A photo of the pizza picked up and of what I ordered.

I needed something quick before catching the last train back to LA and thought Domino’s would be perfect, but it took 40 minutes just to get my pizza. The tracker said it was ready after about 20 min, but then when I went in they said it wasn’t ready and would be another 3-4 minutes. It was way longer and when I finally got it, it looked like it had been thrown together in 2 seconds. I then had to super hustle to make the train.
