This place is horrible throughout the day its not even just one part of the day. the service is horrible and every time i go there this girl is there at night and she doesnt understand what you say even if you repeat it every which way. by the end of it she will have charged you for things you did NOT order and if you try to clarify at the window and say i didnt want these items you put on my order SHE will say its already been made and i have to pay for it when it has been 2 seconds from the drive thru to the window. I also ordered a double cheeseburger with extra pickles ketchup mustard and onions and i got none of that.

Waited almost 15 minutes at the speaker to order. They couldn’t get the order right at the speaker and said to pull up to the second window. Upon pulling up there was no one in line. Order still not right…and not made correctly. No receipt given. Tried to call the store over several hours and the phone is off the hook. Still getting a busy signal. This was never our experience at this location before.

This store must have changed ownership. They used to be fast and accurate, lately they are slow, serve luke warm food and have not gotten our order correct the last 3 times we’ve gone there. The last time, after paying we pulled up to the next window,, saw bags setting next to the window. We were being patient, thinking we were waiting for hot fries. After 4-5 min I got a person’s attention, she asked what we had ordered, when I told her it turned out that the bags that were by the window the whole time was ours!! The fries were barely like warm, the kids milk was not cold…..HORRIBLE, and they don’t seem to care!!!

Tried going here after the game, arrived 6 minutes before close (10:54) and after I tried to order, was informed they ‘have no meat’. I’m not sure I should be the one telling them that’s about most of the menu.

I understand it’s hard to get people to work, but if you’re open, you should be open. I drove a half mile down the road to Burger King and got A-class service at 10:59PM. Now, I prefer McDonalds, but this McDonalds is obviously no longer in the service business so I’ll be going to Burger King from here on out, it’s closer to my house anyway! Why would I drive out of my way to get snubbed? I shouldn’t, I won’t, and I don’t think anyone else should either!

This location is HORRIBLE. We ordered two meals here tonight. Once we got home we realized that nothing in our bag was correct. The entire bag contained items we did not order. We had to drive all the way back to the location and not only did we not even receive an apology, they took forever to even acknowledge us at the window to correct the order. Additionally, we were not offered anything for the inconvenience and they refused to give us fresh fries even as the ones in the bag were already cold. This location is both incompetent and inconsiderate.

Couldn’t find my mobile order so had to manually input the order. Waited for about 10 mins to get my food but it wasn’t mine. Then I was given my food missing one item and the fries were overcooked. Management needs to train this family business better to make sure they know what they are doing.

I went in to get 2 double cheese. Ordered add mayo extra pickle, but the mayo was a full shot from the mayo gun on EACH side of EACH burger. There was mayo coming out everywhere. Then, and this is worse in my opinion, both slices of cheese on each burger are just thrown on there so casually that both slices are falling off the burger in the SAME direction. I have to take the burger home to perform surgery on it and reheat it before I eat it. I am really tired of this.
I am attaching pics because it was gross and I called the store multiple times doesn’t answer the phone.

Please note: some of the workers are very good and do a very good job. Most notably the drive thru workers are nice and seem to do their jobs well. But a little laziness in the grill area can really cause issues with a whole order.

They always seem to go lax on little details that matter.
Their toaster is overtoasting muffins. I got two sausage egg muffins, and both were burnt, but one was so bad I could’n’t even bite it. So i drove back, went thru the drive thru, and they remade it. It’s still burnt. I attaching the pic so you can see how much they are burning them. And yes, one of those round eggs is just missing a whole piece. They made it that way.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Ive been there twice in the same week and both times I was told the drive thru isnt accepting orders and they dont close for another 2 hours. This went from one of the better McDonald’s to one of the worst in just a few years.

The workers here are really nice and always get my order of Diet Coke with no ice right. All these people complaining in the reviews probably should hit the gym instead since they have such a hard time here.
