The food was good, but the service was truly amazing. From the security staff to our wonderful server, Kia, everyone was welcoming and attentive. Kia, in particular, stood out she was very polite, had great energy, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was okay with us. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was 10/10 service, and she made our visit so much better. I would definitely return because of the great customer service.

Our server KIA was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills are top tier. She’s patient, down to earth, and remembers your order. She checks in to make sure you don’t need anything and are enjoying your meal. Her mannerisms made us feel comfortable and we can’t wait to return to this location. We usually don’t go here, but if we can have a great server like Kia that makes you feel welcomed, it’s worth returning. If you go to this location ask for Kia as your server, you won’t be disappointed.

This Applebee’s is the best. From the moment we came in, we were greeted by Ron, who went above and beyond and gave us the specials that were available for that day. To top it off, we had a server named Shawn, who also went above and beyond. Shawn and Ron gave the best service, and because of them, we will be returning. The food was also excellent. I bet all the other employees are great too. I saw their interactions with the other customers. I can’t forget the store Manager Jeff, who also checked to make sure everything was okay. Good job to the entire staff.

Shaun P is a great server! He has always been our favorite waiter since his IHOP days, and we were so happy to find him again. He is very friendly, sweet, and always makes sure our food comes out fast and hot! We will definitely be back to see Shaun—great customer service as always!

Kia was our service and when i tell you she is the bomb.com. She made my family feel like we was the only ones she was attending too. She had 4 other tables, but she made all the tables feel like we was top priority. She’s very amazing with children and you can tell she really loves her job. The manger Steven (i think that was his name) came and checked on the table and let us know Kia is definitely one of the best. I’ll be back for sure on Kia shift.
