I ordered a small round cake with BUTTERCREAM for my daughters sixth birthday. I specifically asked for BUTTERCREAM because we had a nearly two hour drive to our destination and whip cream doesnt hold up nearly as well as buttercream. As you can see by the pictures, by the time we reached our destination, the cake was completely ruined because they did not use buttercream like I asked. I had already overlooked a huge knick I saw her put in the side of the cake as she put it in the box when I picked it up, but this is unacceptable.

Not impressed with cake. Did not follow directions, the person who wrote it. Chocolate flowers were added which I didn’t request. Also, the colors of cake were not the ones him and I spoke about. He wasn’t attentive to my request.
