Came here in the evening when it was 20 degrees outside, and got a 6 o’clock reservation. Definitely would recommend reservations if you are coming during a busier time of day. Everything was clean, and the experience was great! Our service was good too. The pricing is set for any group from 1 to 6, and the food was not bad. Overall, would recommend coming here maybe every now and then when it’s not 20 degrees farhenheit.

Top Golf was a fun driving range. It was covered and since it was raining, it was nicely heated and the bay that held up to 6 people was comfortable and warm. The games were fun and the TV showed where the ball landed, kept track of the hang time, mph and points scored. It was pretty cool. They also had clubs for you to use if you didn’t bring yours, which was nice.
While the food was mediocre, it was reasonably priced. The drink menu; however, did not have prices and while the drinks sounded good on the menu, they were not very good. They were light on alcohol and the flavors didn’t mesh well. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday celebration so she had 3 drinks at between $9-$14.97 each and did not even feel a thing from the alcohol in them. She ended up just ordering a regular lemonade and gave up. My husband had a pitcher of beer that gave him 3 1/2 pints for $30, which we found to be fair. My drinks were also light.
We were a bit at a loss when we arrived to eat before we played because there was no direction on where to sit, menus or servers. We finally asked the bartender and placed our food and drinks order at the bar. There were no condiments, napkins or menus on the tables, we had to track them down, but it was pretty busy for a Sunday evening at 5pm. They brought the food out pretty quickly. The food was pretty good, hot and fresh, just drink before you go if you want alcohol and Uber it there.

We had a great time at Topgolf National Harbor, and I especially want to compliment Brinya Maddox. She served us with a constant smile the entire time, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. for. It was very cold today, and she came by to check on our heater for us. Excellent service like hers really stands out. Highly recommend Brinya and this location!

Admittedly I had high hopes for this place. I made my way into the dining area, sat at the bar then waited and waited and waited for the bar tender/server to see people and approach.
The service was subpar; appetizer and main course coming out at the same time. Food coming out cold and missing items. We were only asked once if we wanted beverages, no follow up with empty glasses.
First and probably last visit.

My Experience:
My son and I stopped by Topgolf for lunch and to hit a few balls, and as always, it was a great time. This place is such a fun and unique experience, where else can you eat, drink, and play golf all at once?
The food is your typical pub fare, nothing gourmet, but definitely enjoyable and satisfying. We had a great time relaxing, snacking, and playing in one spot. The server was attentive, coming around to take both drink and food orders without interrupting the flow of the game.
Highlight: The perfect mix of casual entertainment and food, a great way to spend an afternoon.
Would I Return? Absolutely, if we had a Topgolf closer to home, we’d be there a lot more often!

A dining and sporting experience in one! I recently celebrated my birthday midday with a visit to TopGolf National Harbor. Heading there midweek in the afternoon is a win. The location is just off of I-495.
There are a variety of games available for all skill levels. Basic clubs are included with bay reservation. Cost is per bay, not per person.
My bayhost, Nathaniel W. made me feel welcomed and taken care of during my time in the bay. It made for a great experience, and I hope he is my bayhost again in the future!

Fun with friends but always slow/poor service. Our heater started sparking and creating a gunshot level of loud popping right above our heads. Had to turn it off but kept us in the bay below the dangerous combusting heater.

Went yesterday, the place wasn’t crowded at all. Only 3 ppl in our party. We asked for a warm bay since it was cold outside. Long story short, the heat at some point stopped working. We were on round 3 of 4 when we noticed it was cold. We wanted to order food. My husband told a server we knew what we wanted when we got to our bay. She did something on the screen, but no one…NO ONE ever came to ask if we wanted drinks, food, or anything. ZERO GREETING AT ALL. Again, we were at the top of the 3rd round when we decided to leave. We’ve been to TGs in various states. This was by far the worst experience ever. I wasn’t going to leave this review until they decided to send me a survey today but left ZERO opportunity for written fdbk. With that said, be forewarned that this place lacks service, professionalism and was just plain awful. When we were checking out at the front, we explained the poor experience we had. A young man came up, but darted into the office. The cashier asked if we wanted to speak with a manager. We said yes, low and behold the young man comes out of the office. I know he heard what we said. Just do better. All the way around, do better. I should have read the reviews before we decided to go to this establishment because the theme of poor customer service is common. We just wanted to have some fun since we had some time to waste before attending an event later that evening. This was the worst. We left there and went to Dave and Busters where we were immediately greeted upon our entering the building. We were immediately greeted by the server when we sat down to order. We got water within 5 mins of being seated. We got food within 10 mins of ordering…fresh food. Save yourself time, gas and frustration and go somewhere else.

We had an hour of free time and wanted to try something new. If we liked it, we would have come every day. Initially, everything was great. The staff was friendly, and the heating unit was on, making it a fun experience. However, I discovered that they had given me the wrong handbag—a right-hand bag instead of a left-hand bag. I assumed it might have been a mistake, but when I approached a manager wearing a red shirt to inform her, she ignored me and never returned. A few minutes later, the heating unit was turned off, and it became extremely cold. We ignored the issue and continued playing, but the screen kept freezing multiple times. We tried to remain positive and attributed the problems to technical glitches. We ordered some food, but it arrived after we had finished playing. Despite our attempts to maintain a positive attitude, the staff’s treatment made us feel like we owed them something. Would never return and thank you

We had our very first Smash My Trash team outing at TopGolf National Harbor, and it was a wonderful occasion for all! Adults, kids, and teenagers had a great time. The food was surprisingly good, service was attentive and top-notch, and overall it was a great experience – and a first time here for many of us. Would book again!
