We really enjoyed our outing at steak and shake this evening. The milkshake was great the food was good as well. The staff did their job and the wait time wasn’t that long at all. They stay open pretty late if you’re looking for a late night bite with some good vibes to go along with it. I would recommend trying this location out if you’re ever in the area. Don’t forget the milkshakes lol

No joke but this was absolutely amazing. I am LOVING this health push by steak and shake. I recently heard that they made even more healthier changes so I had to check it out. No negative notes on any of the food I ate. The burger was delicious, it was so light on my stomach. It felt good eating it. The fries were great, love the 100% beef tallow so much. And the shake was creamy and soft and nice on my stomach too. Left feeling great, not weighed down. It felt healthy (which is crazy to say about fast good in america). So yeah, drop every other fast food and come here! The interior is vibes and the staff were kind.

Went to steak and shake on 2/1/2026. Really clean. But it was like a self service gas station you had to do everything for yourself not really any customer service. The food was OK not anything to write about. The prices are kinda high but so is everywhere in this day and age. The milkshakes looked good but don’t try the dreamsicle one. Not very tasty. All in all an okay place.

Um what can I say you go in and have to make your own order..I am OK with that. But then they ask you to leave a tip? I just took my own order they call number out I go to country to pick up my food and I make my own drink. When I was done eating the meh food i cleaned my own table. Who am I leaving a tip for? This one is a good one. Some of the s&s are trying to update halfway. Steak&shake needs to go ahead and rebrand. This location is better than 90% of s&s locations though. Come on Steak & Shake, you’re better than Freddy’s. You need to invest for a lasting future. Maybe a few healthy options and smaller cheaper locations. Try some food courts. Less overhead there would help the brand.

BIG shout out to the Newnan Steak ‘n Shake. This has been my kids’s favorite restaurant for almost 20 years. We absolutely love the burgers and Milkshakes. The restaurant is super clean, Friendly staff , You can order FAST with its 6 electronic ordering stations. My personal favor is the garlic burger and the mint Oreo milkshake. It was the weekend before Christmas, the place was packed with families having a great time. It’s a family atmosphere. The owner was even walking around, greeting all the guests personally. (Really Sweet) I give this place FIVE stars and appreciate that it’s been my kids favorite restaurant for almost 20 years. It’s by far the nicest Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been in.
