Services was horrible. I was drive thru Malinda working drive-through as a cashier. As I was ordering, she would say is that it is that all I told her give me a few minutes I order french fries and then she said is that it is that all I said no and I order a famous star burger. I ask about the 5 pcs chicken tender it was a little Pricey. At the time I came to the window. I asked her for the chicken five stars tender And then she asked is that what you want let me see if we have them so she went in the back ask the cook apparently there is no chicken star tender ran out that was 10:48 PM September 11. She had no smile she rolled her eyes like she really didn’t want to be there. It was really sad. I just think that if you’re not happy where you’re at I will make you happy you gotta love your job

Carls used to be the place for great hamburgers now they charge an arm and leg for thin thin hamburger meat.. I paid $17 dollars for bread sandwiche..I’ll make my own for now on when I feel like a hamburger..

It’s fresh food so I understand that the drive thru is going take a little bit but sometimes it’s close to 20 minutes or seems like. Now with that the food is always piping hot and delicious so it’s definitely worth the wait. Just don’t think you are going to be in and out in less than 5. But again totally worth the wait if you plan ahead for the wait. Yummy

This is the worst Carl’s I’ve ever been to. If the ridiculous drive trhu wait want bad enough, I love the Spicy chicken sandwich but I’ve ordered it on numerous occasions with SWISS cheese and received AMERICAN cheese every single time. One morning for breakfast I ordered the only thing I’d ever consider from them, the loaded breakfast burrito. I received something with a bunch of vegetables in it and when I told the lady it was wrong, she had the nerve to argue with me and call me a liar. Just today the drive thru girl looked my straight in the face asking if I wanted sauce for my fries, I said, “Yes, ketchup please.” She reached over and grabbed 2 ranch. These people seriously suck!
