Cracker Barrel is back!! The food was like the old days.
Perfect meatloaf, cheesy potatoes, warm cinnamon apples, and the coca- cola cake..slap yo mama good!
But seriously, it all tasted homemade again.
(And the only reason why I gave service a 4, was it took a bit for a server to greet us or ask for drinks.)
But once she did, she was great!
Added bonus..
I did a little christmas shopping after. Something’s you can only find at a Cracker Barrel:) ✨️

Our server was wonderful, but the food? The management? Was a no go… so much went wrong but getting raw meat? Is not ok at any restaurant!!!!!

We ate lunch at Cracker Barrel on Monday, which was a holiday. The ambience of the store and restaurant are always nice. Our server was Kiki. We’ve had her as our server before. Both times she was friendly, attentive and got everything right. Biscuits were fresh. We all enjoyed our food and our time there. She kept bringing our sweet tea refills. Cracker Barrel has been a standard for us for many years. This restaurant seems to be well run and managed. We had the same hostess as last visit and she’s always very good and quick at getting us seated. No complaints at all.

Food quality on the carry out orders is outrageous. $30 for bland, dry meatloaf and a disappointing burger. Not to mention I got double fries and literally only had 6 fries total. Food took 20 min longer than estimated time and everything was cold. The biscuits were rocks

Mostly good. Service was excellent, food was mostly good. Posting the advertised cinnamon roll image vs what actually arrived on the table. They were still tasty, just looked ugly, small, and unimpressive in comparison. I’d go back but wouldn’t order the rolls again. 3.5 but I’ll round up to 4 due to good staff.

Judy was excellent and awesome!
The atmosphere needed help. The host and hostess were struggling at their post and there was not a crowd whatsoever.
The food is always great but shrinkflation is our of control at CB or at least this location.
Cracker Barrel must do better by their customers.

Not a bad little meal for the money! Friday’s are fried fish day at the old Cracker Barrel Country Store. You can get four pieces of freshly fried cod or two pieces of country fried shrimp and two pieces of fried cod for only $15 and it comes with two sides and bread, now that’s a deal! We also had to try the two grilled tasted more baked rainbow trout filets $14 which were lacking in texture and taste but drenched in fresh squeezed lemon juice it brought them back into something that tasted fine for trout. The cornbread muffins and the hush puppies were both excellent. Both meals were a bargain and worth of money! They have a great waitstaff and cooks! It’s always fun to go shopping after the meal! At these prices I am looking at trying more things off the menu and trying more of their daily specials! The only problem is that we ended up spending the money we saved eating at Cracker Barrel back in the old country store! Update May 2024 Unfortunately the same cannot be said about their breakfast at least the time I went. While the pancakes were better than ever, golden brown, the over well fried eggs were underdone and the bacon was underdone and The Cracker Barrel has never done that before! You do get a lot for your money here. Update Dec 2025 We had a wonderful post Thanksgiving turkey, dressing, cranberry, sweet potatoes, green beans, cornbread muffins and warm pecan pie ala mode’ with great service. The fireplace was warm, interior traditional old world and with snow flurries outside which made for an enjoyable escape to yesteryear!

The food has changed. The dumplings taste like crap. They have changed the recipe they don’t taste homemade anymore. The pinto beans taste different too. The only thing good was the fried apples. The cornbread was ok. The price is getting way too high! You can go to a steakhouse for the same price. Will not be going back unless things change.

Cracker Barrel’s French toast is a delightful treat—thick, fluffy slices perfectly caramelized with just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with a rich, creamy hot cocoa, it’s a warm, comforting breakfast that hits the spot. Plus, our waitress Kiana provided exceptional service, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

They sat us quickly and took our order right away but the food took a while to come out. The waitress was nice and gave us a lot of refills. When we finally received our food it was cold. The patty sausage and eggs were cold. We were just passing through this part of the city on our way out of town, but don’t think I’ll come back again. The quality and food price do not match up.
