Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I ordered a double Whataburger with just cheese. I get home and there’s bacon and some type of sauce and I have no idea what else on the burger the bun is soggy, which is why I always order mine plain. The fries were cold and the gravy was watery. Then while trying to pick around whatever it was on the burger because it burnt my mouth, I’ve bit into something hard! I called and they will replace it, but I’m not going back!!! $13.57 and nothing to eat!!!

Went in simply get Two drinks and the code to get into the restroom. All the workers were in the kitchen and drive thru area. NO ONE was at the counter and would come up to the counter to take orders. Kinda hard to order INSIDE if NO ONE is taking orders at the counter. So management at this location, if you’re wondering why you’re losing money…. this is a tip to why.

We went through the drive-thru but the attendant was very pleasant. They asked how our day had been and encouraged us to have a great remainder. We did have to pull up and wait, but the service made our totally worth it. The bacon cheeseburger was hot and fresh, again making it worth the wait.

It’s whataburger. It’s probably the best fast food hamburger on the market. The burgers actually taste like real meat, i know it’s a foreign concept in America today. Keep it up, its a good burger in a world filled with less than mediocre.

Ordered a pretty simple meal, and they forgot to put the sauce in my bag. The food looked very old and not very appealing. Then they offered to replace it but then they were reluctant to do so once I arrived for it the next day. And finally, on the replacement order, they AGAIN gave me the wrong sauce. This time they even had my receipt which had it written out for them and it was STILL WRONG. Will not be returning to this store again. Tha manager was also not very friendly either.

i’m not usually one to write negative reviews but wow this is probably the worst service i’ve ever gotten. It’s 2 am at a fast food resturaunt so it’s not like i’m expecting anything great. We waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes, were told to pull through and wait more. When they finally brought out our food they didn’t give us our drinks and we had to ask for them. The older lady then went back to make our drinks and we realized ketchup hadn’t been put in the bag (we asked for the ketchup) and told her we didn’t get the ketchup. She told us it was in there her manager put it in there. we emptied the bag and tried to prove it wasn’t in there but she quickly walked away ignoring us. Whataburger is way too expensive to not at least get what you asked for. Save yourself time and make the drive to classen they never disappoint.

Terrible performance today. I waited over 40 minutes behind maybe 3 or 4 cars. I dont care what was going in in the kitchen it shouldn’t take that long to get people out of the drive thru. And why were the lobbies closed? If that’s a corporate decision then id like to yell at them to.
