Family size pizza with medium size toppings. Apparently if you don’t automatically tip 22% beforehand, for the privilege of having your pizza made to take home and cook it yourself, you get insulted like this.
It didn’t used to be like this at this location.

This is my favorite location. David is always super friendly. He helped me figure how to use the my slice rewards. The pizza is always great! Keep up the good work.

Your app needs an update to allow for modifying the amount of sauce on the pizzas. It is good, but it sometimes overpowers everything else. It’s okay to put less on.

I love(d?) me some Papa Murphy’s for the last 20 years. It’s been a while since I’ve picked it up and now a family sized is 15% smaller. – picture attached.
Amended to 4 stars. I still love me some papa murphy’s, even if this one didn’t turn out as well as they usually do.

This was the first time I had ordered a half and half and they did an excellent job of keeping the ingredients from going onto the other half. Love the Hawaiian!

I want to give 0 stars but I can’t. I picked up a family size double pepperoni pizza at 710pm they didn’t put enough cheese in the pizza they just used the scraps of what they had sitting there. They didn’t add topping cheese to it either. They didn’t even add double pepperoni. Also didn’t cover the crust with sauce. This looks awful and I tipped them the difference of the 20$ bill I gave to pay for it. Garbage place and awful service…. will not return to this store EVER. FOR ANY REASON.

The service was prompt and efficient, and I was greeted as I entered the store. The food is good and was a good value.

A little disappointed in Papa Murphy’s as of late. Don’t know if it’s just this location or all over, but I worked at Papa Murphy’s in high school, and the quality seems to have dropped, while prices increase. A family size pepperoni pizza used to have, I believe, 70 slices of pepperoni (I would get busted by “secret shops” if my counts were off). Actually, when we moved to family size pizzas (increased the size of the pizza), I think it might even have been 80. I thought the one I bought today looked sparce, so I counted: 50. Now, they may have changed the “recipe” since I worked there, as it’s been 15+ years, to cut costs (and quality). If so, that is disappointing. Also, the topping cheese used to be weighed. Mine looks like they grabbed a couple strings and sprinkled them over it.
I have higher standards for Papa Murphy’s because I used to work there, and they aren’t living up to them. And when a take and bake pizza costs double what a Domino’s pizza costs, and the quality isn’t there, it makes it hard to justify. Papa Murphy’s – step up your game, please.

Ordered night before grandson coming by. The crew made it nice and fresh. Greeted when I came in and thanked for coming when I left. Popped it in oven when grandson arrived. Large thin crust pepperoni. Only 3 of us. Could have used XL. It was so good that we will probably get 1 a month and enjoy ourselves. Kudos to such wonderful employees.

This is a wonderful location to pick up orders from. The Team there is always friendly and helpful. Whom ever trains these kids is doing a great job at customer service and pizza making.
