Ordered 2 Colonel Crispy Sandwiches. Sign said 2 for $6. I was charged original price of $3.99 each. I did not tell the cashier about her error I figured Karma will work it out. I asked for no mayo and it was prepared correctly, but there was nothing else on the sandwich…just a small piece of fried chicken. $8.54 Total for 2 little chicken things. I should have known better and drove out of my way to find a Chick-Fil-A.

I just got the new saucy nuggets from KFC combo and this is how you do me. I am very disappointed. Please don’t skimp on the sauce. This is false advertising. I didn’t opt for any sauce because I thought it had it on it.

you know the service is good when you have to leave a google review. my sister and i just ordered $20 worth of food and we were impressed by how quick it was ready and the fact that everything was correct and inside the bag (literally went to dunkin this morning and they didn’t give us half the food we ordered) Also, the woman at the window was so sweet. shoutout to javoris!!

This has become the worst KFC ever. I’ve been going there for the past 20 years and the last 3 times they have completely screwed up my order. Today I ordered 2 breasts original (which costs a lot more) and they gave me an extra crispy thigh and wing that were super overcooked. When I called them, they were super rude and indifferent. If I could rate them a 0 star, I would.

I’m changing my review because I always eat my food inside the restaurant, but this time came out of work late and ordered my food through the drive thru. Guess what my order wasn’t the way I ordered, I should have checked my order but because I was so tired and wanted to get home I trusted the order would be correct . I also ordered a coke zero and the lady never told me that they do not have coke zero and gave me a Pepsi. This time they messed up, I’m sorry but good service is the name of a good business .

“Manager” does not fix problems. Ordered something and she gave me wrong thing and then said I ordered wrong and too bad did not get what I paid for!. Did not want to take accountability for her mistake and did not fix problem. She also did not give me my receipt. We are not here asking for free food. I contacted KFC and they will be notifying leaders and also gave me a voucher for next time.
KFC train your so called “managers” better so they know how to resolve a small problem! Unacceptable!
