Skagen Fiskerestaurant på toppen af Danmark. Ved Skagen havn på toppen af Danmark ligger de legendariske fiskepakhuse, som er tegnet af Thorvald Bindesbøll. Her har Skagen Fiskerestaurant haft til huse i tæt på 50 år. Vi har udsigt over Skagen Havn på 1. række, autentisk med sand på gulvene, friskfanget fisk og hver sommer tilbyder vi store musik-oplevelser. Vi har en holdning til mad og de gode friske råvarer. Som navnet lyder, er fisk det centrale element i vores menu, vel at mærke frisk fisk og skaldyr, som nærmest er hevet op ad farvandet lige uden for vores dør.

Went here for lunch and honestly found it a bit overrated. We tried the lobster, pan-fried salmon, and fish soup — all were just average and nothing really stood out. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant with a nice view, but given the high prices, the food didn’t feel worth the cost.

The staff wasn’t very friendly, which didn’t help the overall experience. The location is nice, but we left with a bit of a bad feeling given how expensive it was for what they offered.

Excellent food on waterfront. Complements to Alex the manager. Our order was initially lost and he made everything right. Marinated herring was outstanding. I’m used to herring from Jewish delis in NY & Vegas. This is different but similar with nice sweetness and tang.

The desert was also good, but nothing out of the extraordinary.
The prices are good, I would say on the medium to expensive range, but worth it.
One last thing I recommend is making a reservation since it can be full.

We ordered mussels and ½ lobster. The dish arrived quickly, but the lobster was not what we expected. There was confusion with the order despite showing it clearly on the menu. First, we received langoustines by mistake. After a second clarification, we waited quite a while and were served what looked more like ¼ of a lobster, cold and without a tail.
Also, one of the mussels tasted off.
Not the experience we hoped for, especially at this price.
