We began with cocktails, and they set the tone immediately. The Goose Martini was crisp and perfectly balanced, while both the Piña Martinis were smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The Espresso Martini at the end was rich, well-crafted, and an ideal finish to the meal.
For food, every dish stood out. The Miso Soup with Tofu was comforting yet refined, with deep umami flavor. The Yellowtail Jalapeño was flawless — incredibly fresh, delicate, and perfectly accented by the jalapeño and citrus. The Baby Corn was a surprising highlight, packed with flavor and cooked beautifully.
The Salmon with Spicy Miso was outstanding — tender, buttery, and bursting with flavor. The Lobster Amazu was light yet indulgent, and the Black Cod with Lettuce Cups was everything you expect from Nobu: silky, savory, and perfectly balanced.
The Beef Toban Yaki was exceptional — rich, tender, and deeply flavorful, easily one of the standout dishes of the night. The Butter Milk Donuts were a fantastic dessert option, warm and comforting without being too heavy.
We also had the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and Shrimp Tempura Crispy Rice, both of which were executed perfectly — crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor.
Service was attentive and professional, pacing was excellent, and every dish came out exactly as it should. This was an unforgettable dining experience and well worth it. Nobu Atlantic City continues to set the standard for upscale dining. Highly recommend.

Great 2 hostess always welcome you with a smile. We initially did the happy hour on Sept 26, 2025. Loved the friend osyter & mochi ice cream. Dined here the next day after that with my husband (Sept 27, 2025). Both same hostess who assisted us to get a seat at our 5:30 pm dinner (walk-in) WERE SO AMAZING THEY DESERVE A RAISE and I wanna mention our server was also so fantastic! We got an ocean view! Loved their corn&truffle special I forgot what it is called but it was like no other! Our dessert was the cherry on top. Overall a great experience!!! Would definitely come back!

Nobu is my favorite restaurant in Atlantic City. We sat at the bar for tanoshii (happy) hour. The rolls, appetizers, and drinks were all reasonably priced and amazing. My favorite dish was the yellowtail jalapeño. The bartenders also went above and beyond in their service, everything was amazing!

The atmosphere was incredible, and our waiter, Mike, made our anniversary night even more special. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions since it was our first time here. Mike ensured our comfort throughout the evening, and our food arrived perfectly cooked. We celebrated our three-year anniversary with love, laughter, and joy, and finding this restaurant was the perfect icing on the cake!

Located inside Caesars Palace, which honestly felt like a bit of a ghost town and almost like it was closed down. The restaurant itself is nice, with a classic modern Nobu style that feels upscale and polished.
Now the food—this is really the reason for stopping by, and unfortunately it was a letdown. I’ve visited other Nobu locations, and this one fell short by comparison. For the quality of the food and the overall location, it felt overpriced. I was especially unimpressed with the Beef Tenderloin with Teriyaki, which didn’t stand out at all.
The highlights of my visit were definitely the drinks, tea, and dessert—they were excellent and saved the experience a bit. Overall, it was good but not memorable, and not on the same level as other Nobu restaurants I’ve been to.

We had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at NOBU this past weekend, where Ryan, the manager, and his team, including Shanta, Beauty, David, the bartender, and our server, Kristin T, delivered exceptional service. The meal was outstanding, and the ambiance was impressive. This was our third visit to this NOBU location, and it has solidified its position as our favorite. We will be back in November. Thank you!

My fiancé and I dined here in the summer season and granted it was a weekday we booked a reservation day of and got a nice table close to the ocean. We both love trying new things so we ordered the omakese. What was great about this is our waiter talked us through our likes dislikes and how adventurous we were feeling. I loved this because he was able to allow us to try some new things (sea urchin) but without going in headfirst (served on yummy scallops). The beef toban yaki was out of this world and I sure loved my lychee martinis. Yes it’s expensive but all restaurants in AC are expensive and typically I don’t find the quality is a match. I was pleasantly surprised by Nobu and would dine here again.

We had the omakase at Nobu in Atlantic City, and it was a wonderful dining experience. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — truly a treat for the senses. The sake we had was also smooth and delicious, pairing perfectly with the meal.
While the food is definitely on the pricier side, it’s expected for a fine dining experience like this, and we felt it was worth it. There was a bit of a delay between courses at one point, but the staff addressed it quickly and professionally, which we appreciated.
Overall, it was a memorable evening with great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or when you’re in the mood to treat yourself!

What a great place for a special occasion. Staff is INCREDIBLE, everyone from the hostesses to the wait staff. View is gorgeous especially if you’re lucky enough to get a table by the window. Try the corn and tacos. Crispy rice is a treat for the palate. Of course the tuna with chili sauce is a must.

The food is excellent as it is in all locations. This is probably my least favorite location in terms of ambience, but if you’re able to get a seat near the windows, you can see the ocean.
