I went to this location around 6:00am on Monday and I placed my order through the drive thru and when I went up to the window there was the worker who I saw his name tag that said Luiz and he was very nice and very welcoming and made sure my order was fresh and also made sure everything was in the bag and that my coffee was perfect so just from that I enjoyed going there at 6:00am because I’ve been to that location before and I would always have missing items so I’m glad there was a worker that actually cares for the customers. So thank you Luiz for making my morning great by making sure my food was all there and everything being fresh! I will always go there if Luiz is working!!!!

So, we are suckers for thinking the *next order* wont be messed up like the last one. We hit the drive thru, right away we were waited on. Went to the 1st window and paid, 2nd window asked us to pull around while they were making the burgers. Did not wait very long before a very nice woman came out with our food. We have never had a bad interaction with any of the employees here, they have all been very friendly towards us. Get home and cant wait to try the mushroom, swiss melt that looked awesome! I shouldve stuck to my whopper with cheese! One bun was whiter then me and believe me, thats hard to do!! The other bun had some brown on the one side. The whole idea of a melt is that its like a grilled cheese, greasy and crunchy and oh so delicious…well, this was NOT it! There were 2 patties, swiss and some mushrooms. I dont think there was an extra sauce because it was on the dry side. All in all, it didnt hold up to the idea of what I thought it would taste like. I ate the whole thing and it wasnt too terrible just a bit disappointing. Maybe next time it will be better!!

Today October 22nd 2025. The food service and the chefs behind the counter brought me here to let yall know it was good. Ordered the monster menu. Devoured like a monster. My friend ate a Texas whopper and said “call a crane to pick us up”. Burger just taste like royalty again.

I noticed there are allot of bad reviews for this location years ago. But I think they change management and I had great experiences with the new crew here. Everyone should come back and give them a try. Let’s give yourself a chance to have another great place to visit and give them a chance to serve you to prove with their hard work and effort. There is more laughter here than my own home.
Manager Jessica, chef Jason, and Antwone is very kind generous understanding and respectful! Excellent customer services! They go out of their ways to helped you more than you know it! The food is very affordable! They always keep the place clean. And they always have great guest services. They bring your food out and not just stand there calling for you to come pick up. They always ask you if you need anything else. They treat you like in a 5 stars restaurant. They make you feel like the king and queens! They always offer you a crown!
Allot of complaints about wait time, but normal fresh food takes time to cook. When you get food fast then you complaint about the quality being stale or burned. In order to serve you faster, they had to precook in bundle that affects quality.
The reason why I always hang out here, rather than stay home to deal with all the family drama where they accused you for anything. And having camera in your home just to surveillance you liked a prison Anne give you no access to the camera. Everyone else don’t live in the house also have access and they abused it only use for their own benefit. They even put camera in my bedroom for a long time in the past without me knowing. And the nephew assaulted me they said he has the right and said I have no right to restrict anyone, and don’t even have the right to sell. After the nephew attempted to hurt me again and got injunction. The brother try to steal my phone because he’s the account holder of the family plan so he claimed my phone is his. He called the cops, canceled my service and report my phone stolen. Then the coown sister called the cops lying about losing important document in her room and loss of the camera. Then the police got manipulated into criticizing me like a criminal that I expect them to buy me out half of the house that I spent no money on? But they also did not even spent any money on either. And the cops told me they are trying to live in my house, if I don’t want to live here, I should just leave? And I have no right to sell the house that I’m entitled? What is the law anyways??? The way the cop name G Connor criticized me was like I don’t have the right to try to live my life in my own home, only the others because they have more people to gang up on me. He said it like I’m the one causing problems for them because I don’t want to live in my own home. But he never think how much drama they put on me that makes me can’t live in my own home anymore. Because all 7 older siblings gang up on me calling me gangster when I called the cops when the nephew assaulted me. And they all said I have no right to restrict anyone, even when I was traumatized by the assault. They all think they have the right in my house and said I don’t even have the right to sell because the coown sister is on their side defending the nephew and kept inviting him back. The mother of the nephew also turn our living room into her b home business office. So there is no space or privacy in the house. Not peaceful. Not to mention other members who does not live In this this house also claimed they have the rights in the house and they expect to sell and split into 8 when I threatened to sell if they let the nephew stays. And they chose the nephew over the house and dared me to even try to do anything at all. But when I asked the law to intervene,they continue blame me for not solving as family,since I chose to resort to law they will do the same as strangers. They never admit that they the ones who made all choices. They know I’m tight on money to afford lawyer,they kept press on it
So, these people here are not families but they treat each other better than my families!

Just went there, the manager charged me for the largest size. So I paid almost $11 for a whopper meal with cold, old fries, and she had attitude because I asked for ketchup (stated they didn’t have any). Will never return.

The drive through did take forever… roughly 25 minutes for 5 cars.

Got 2 meals and 2 happy meal to go.
When got home the didn’t put the sandwiches on happy meals. Kids started crying.
Pay more attention. The place was empty of clients and they couldn’t make this easy job correctly.

I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Paid $9.34 for cold food, whopper Jr.,small fries and 8 nuggets. Was hoping something would have been at least warm. At 11:10 am? Nothing hot? No wonder there wasn’t anyone in line, cashier visiting in adjoining parking lot. BK – you need to do better. Yes, these are the few cold fries I got for $3.19. Smh – guess BK can do without my business.
