We went there for our 28th anniversary. The food was fabulous. The waiter, Jake, made some great recommendations. I had the Surf & Turf, my wife had the scallops, and for starters, we both shared the whipped bone marrow butter with sourdough bread, fricking-amazing!! Jake told me to save some for my steak, and he was spot-on! The atmosphere was great, views were beautiful, and we even received a tour of all the different areas in the restaurant and different views by Colby Poulin, the beverage manager. Great guy…We highly recommend the Vast! These folks were simply spot -on… and our highest compliments to the Executive Chef, the wonderful sous chef, and line brigade. Everyone was Awesome!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and New Year’s at this restaurant and had a memorable experience. The staff were consistently accommodating and professional, contributing greatly to the enjoyment of our special occasion. The views are exceptional, and requesting a window table is highly recommended.
We have chosen this restaurant for several special occasions in the past, and for this visit we selected the special New Year’s menu. Overall, the experience was very positive. Our only concern was the prime rib, which was quite tough and did not meet expectations. However, the remaining dishes were thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and a pleasure to enjoy.

I didn’t want to leave a review but others need to know. So first off the gentleman and the ladies who waited on us kudos for excellent customer service. I have nothing against the staff. However this is about the food I came in for just cocktails and dessert. I was extremely disappointed by the crème brûlée extremely like to the point I wouldn’t recommend this place for dessert. They burned the sugar like charred it, my friend is a 5 star Michelin Chef and has taught me a lot plus I am a baker myself you never char the sugar it needs to be golden brown, I included photos it was so bland and no flavor, it tasted like a horrible marshmallow you forgot in the fire. I didn’t care for my drink either it wasn’t my cup of tea. I wouldn’t come back here. If you’re wanting good desserts and better cocktails go to Paseo Grill. Photos included of how burnt they made the sugar.

This was our first time here & we were celebrating our anniversary. The food was amazing & the atmosphere of the restaurant was great! The Ryegerita drink was so good! I tried the duck & my husband got the surf & turf. Aaron was our server & he was very friendly, & gave us great suggestions for our meal. For dessert, he brought out a yummy chocolate cake. He also gave us a tour around the restaurant as it wasn’t too busy, which was really neat to see. All the rest of the staff were warm & welcoming. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend took me here on 1/31/2026 for my birthday dinner and it was nothing short of spectacular! Luke is a great server, he had the best recommendations. The bone marrow was delicious! I recommend the salted sugar cookie martini to drink. We will definitely be back 🙂

We went for lunch buffet，this is my first time there，The environment is great especially the view below the building，there isn’t too much options for food， I tried every hot food but the rib，I found Mac & Cheese is my favorite，I eat them in every plate，I don’t like the ck leg、beans（sweet），soup taste a little sour，fish taste weird，The 4 star is because the limited options of food and I don’t like some of their hot meal. Their dessert is tasty I like all of them. It’s a good experience. I will come back.

We went to Vast for their buffet lunch and really enjoyed it! The food quality was great, and we love that they change the menu every week, which keeps things interesting. The week we went happened to be Mexican cuisine, and while it wasn’t our personal favorite theme, everything was still well-prepared and flavorful.
We’ve been here for dinner before and enjoyed that even more, but the lunch buffet was still a great experience overall. The views of downtown OKC are unbeatable and make the meal even better. Definitely worth checking out for both lunch and dinner!

My husband and I travel to Oklahoma from
Texas to eat at this restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was top-tier. But the food was not the best for me. I thought we would have a different menu than the one offered. The server told me the menu changes monthly. I didn’t know this and the menu was seafood. Which I am allergic to. He tried his best to accommodate me and I was very grateful for that. But the food was not great and I wanted my steak medium well. But ended up with medium rare. Maybe in the future we will try it again.

A wonderful place for a delicious lunch! We brought our kids, and they loved the experience. Our server was so friendly and helpful, and the view over the city was stunning. The buffet was delicious — the meat was so tender, and the creme brulee in particular was perfection.

My friend made reservations for Thanksgiving lunch a month or more in advance. We arrived an hour early. They had room at a table in the bar area. I had a mocktail called lavender empress, it was beautiful and tasty. There was a buffet style service. The food was delicious. There were dinner rolls, a few salad options, shrimp cocktail, prime rib, turkey with mushroom gravy, green bean casserole, stuffing, lobster mac and cheese, mash potatoes and several desserts. It was a very relaxing and memorable day. We plan to make it a tradition. The staff were professional and friendly, providing excellent service.
