We have been going to this locations for YEARS. Last week we went into the store and ordered two Pizza’s. A new employee made the pizza’s. We had to tell her MORE THAN ONCE she was forgetting the ingredients that should have been on the pizza’s. One was she forgot to put pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. (???)
I took the pizza’s back to the store the next morning. They were not editable. I showed the manager who didn’t speak fluent English. He spent 10 minutes arguing with me, showing me a copy of their rules and measurements of ingredients. He is terrible and the new staff is untrained.

A much more rundown location, customer service is really lacking. I understand they were busy but Dakota should have handled the situation much better. When the customer asks, what are you doing? Don’t say you’re counting the pepperoni, say you’re going to make it right. The miscommunication was on your part and you were short with me from the get-go.

The location is hard to get to driving, was made to make a awkward u turn. The parking lot has awkward parking spaces as well, with it being next to other businesses. Although I love the pizza this location I would not recommend visiting do to the obstacles associated with it.

This Papa Murphy’s does a great job on getting the order right, putting the right amount of toppings, and producing a good quality pizza for take-n-bake. I did buy a deep dish pizza along time ago that didn’t get enough sauce or cheese, but that was many years ago and everything since then has been done really well at this Papa Murphys.
