The best place I’ve eaten in Susanville. Hands down.
Charming atmosphere – very cozy, quiet. Food was incredibly good. Served on paper plates, but who cares.
Came here on a cold day, sat in the corner by a warm wood stove, had panang curry and shared some of my partner’s Thai Basil chicken (SUPER fragrant and flavorful). Portion sizes were big and we still ate every last bite. If you’re not a spicy food person definitely ask for mild or maybe extra mild.
Didn’t try any of the American food, but there are already so many burger/diner-type places around Susanville. That’s exactly why it’s great to have this little gem around.

We stopped over on the way from Lassen Volcanic for lunch. Tom yang soup was delicious and right amount of spice and filling. Fried rice with shrimp was amazing, very taste and well cooked. Everything was prepared fresh while we were waiting. Generous portion size. Good atmosphere and very friendly owner. Thank you very much!

Really good Thai food! Stopped here on my way from Lake Tahoe to Washington, and so glad I did! The man at the counter was super friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I had the pineapple fried rice and egg rolls. Fabulous Thai tea as well! Highly recommend!

We came in a half hour before closing after driving 14 hours, we were welcomed kindly and told to sit. The food was amazing! First real thing we ate all day and man was it soul soothing. The lovely gentleman running the place sat with us while we ate. It was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend!

This place gets far too many grumbly reviews than it deserves. The folks who run it are Thai. They know from Thai food. Is this LA Thai? No. It is solid and authentic Thai in a smaller town.
You bus your own. Food is served in “to go” containers whether eat in or take out. The restaurant looks like lots of restaurants in Thailand in many ways.
Hope you enjoy it. We did.

My family and I are from the Bay Area and we stumbled upon this place on a hunt for Thai food in this area. This place is definitely a go to. We come here for the Pad Thai with Tofu or the Yellow Curry with Tofu or Chicken. If your new to the area like us definitely give this place a try

Incredibly good food. And if you order takeout, they’ll let you use your own plastics containers to reduce waste! Pleasant chat with the owner about saving single-use plastics. Definitely stopping here again next time we pass through! Very GF/vegan friendly too.

we had spring rolls and cashew chicken. Both were excellent!
There is limited seating, and service was quite slow (I think they did not have their full staff). Our server was very friendly and helpful. Fair warning….if you have water with your meal it will cost you $2 a pop!!!

Food was good but lacked the true freshness that a typical Thai restaurant would have. Lots of canned items in their curry. Paid at counter first before receiving food. Dined in but was served in styrofoam, to go boxes, and plasticware. We were asked to throw away our trash when done which was some what rudely asked. We were the only ones at the restaurant so I think the owner could have done more catering for the prices he charges by serving us in traditional glassware and busing the table after finishing. I would only return in a pinch or just order out and not leave a tip.
