Gravity Coffee is one of my favorite coffee drive thrus in Washington and I know my family loves them too. Their coffee tastes amazing, the service here is friendly and quick, and they also love giving our fur babies treats and attention. This is the newer Federal Way location and it is a bit of inconvenience to get to but the drive thru itself is fine. They have a large menu with pictures as well as short descriptions which I appreciate as there are a lot of coffee drive thrus that don’t provide much else except the price and what they offer. If the line gets too busy, they usually send out a person to come take your order which is great too as I’m sure the reason why people stop by drive thrus is due to limited time or wanting to get something quick.

barista Christina, needs more training, did not mix my white chocolate in with the shots, put ice right into it and i watched her try to mix it, looked at it and then just left it un mixed. left it grainy and had chunks of white chocolate. also why is a 16 oz americano with flavor $8 this is just ridiculous pricing for bad coffee. everytime i come the pricing is different for the same drink.

They have a friendly staff, but the drinks don’t aren’t consistent. I can order the same one over and over. And it is different every time and the prices are supposed to be the same. But yet I am charged different prices almost every other time even if I order the same drink.

Wonderful is what comes to mind when describing this place and the wonderful service I get from these girls in the drive-through and the have all have a great smile to share the smoothies are to die for and coffee is great to! I had the best service today didn’t catch the name of the wonderful young lady but she knew just what to order and she had the nicest personality I have ever seen from a coffee stand girl! The strawberry smoothies oh la la and so thank you girl in the black all black everything for the best hot day cooler offer ever and your mother must of taught you good manners! Thanks gravity!

Drinks are way Too expensive, I always leave tip but makes it hard to be able to tip and to leave a good tip makes it impossible with the cost of drinks used to go everyday but now 2 maybe a week wouldn’t you sell more and make more in the long run if the drinks were a bit cheaper people would go more often, tip more and you would sell so much more drinks I used to sometimes buy twice a day sometimes and at least every day I’d buy one drink, now since prices are so expensive it’s been 2 maybe 3 a week at most. You would make so much more money sell so much more If it was cheaper I know a few coffee shops that make so much money been open 20 plus years great drinks known reputable places you can get coffee tip good and spend 10 or less

I am daily coffee drinker for over 17 years and last week I was out of my favorite coffee beans and just stoped by the gravity coffee in Federal Way to buy caffee beans.
After drinking my morning, coffee from these coffee beans, I got dizzy, weak, highly unbalanced for over three hours.
Stay away of this Coffee Shop, stay healthy, it was a horrible experience.

Very straightforward drive through coffee place. Staff was super friendly and the service was fast. There’s a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a white chocolate blended coffee (without the whip cream) and it was really good! Price $$. Highly recommend checking this place out!
