This is the third tome in a row now that i have ordered from this location that something has been wrong. Twice they have forgotten a sandwich!!! How do you completely forget a sandwich!!!! This time very easy order. I ordered it mikes way with mayo and extra oil and vinegar. Neither were put on and so little oil and vinegar you couldnt taste it past one bite!!! The bread was so stale that taking one bite the bread actually fell apart and disintegrated. What a total joke and a shame as this is my favorite sandwich shop. Well not this location ever again!!! Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Subs were were great! I ordered the philly cheese steak sub and my son had a ham and turkey sub. You could definitely taste the difference in quality of the ingredients compared to other sub shops. You might end up
paying more, but I believe the cost difference is worth it. Service was decent as well. We will definitely be back.

Last night (11/8), I had a horrible experience with the female employee working. I’m a relatively new customer, and i thought I ask for toppings after the meat was cooked for the steak sandwich. When she brought the sandwich to me all wrapped up, I asked if I could get light onions on it. She then used the most obnoxious, over the top, fake friendly customer service voice to snottily inform me that the menu says it comes with onions and peppers. I was like I’m so sorry, I thought I asked for the toppings after you cooked the meat. I only want onions on the sandwich. She again got super snotty and said read the menu. It comes with onions and peppers. I then apologized for the misunderstanding and asked if she could take the peppers off because my mom cant eat them. This seemed to really set her off so she became even nastier and said no I cannot do that. I’ll just remake it, and she stormed off. I was going to blow it off thinking maybe she was just having a rough day, but this sandwich made my mom sick. I would have given this visit 0 stars, but all of the other employees were nice and kind. It was just this woman who was beyond awful and made a sandwich that made my mom sick. I’m not sure what she did to the new sandwich, but the 3 other subs I got that weren’t made by her were fine. I will never be coming here again.

5 across the board. I visited this Jersey today at 8:15pm. There were two guys and a girl in here and they were all pleasant. They have customer service down to a T! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and the guy taking my order said, “let me write this down so I don’t make any mistakes.” Then the guy on the grill came to me just to make sure it was right! Lastly, the girl on the register was soo nice and friendly. This is what im talking about: every establishment needs to get back to this type of service. I wish I would have got their names because they killed it tonight!! Thank you soo much! Will Definitely be back!

I been to jersey mikes in the past many times. Today I will judge like my 1st time. I got the tuna and root beer. Simply amazing. Tuna was not dry like some places. Not sure if it the tomatoes, oil, seasoning or even the lettuce but everything was flavorful. The bread was perfect. Not hard like some places. I highly recommend. I ordered a head and it was ready. Comes in a cute tote bag. Everything tasted fresh

To whoever was making sandwiches on 10/19/25 at approximately 1:30PM… you suck. Ordered a BLT for delivery. The sandwich had no tomatoes on it and was SMOTHERED in mayonnaise. Probably 3 tablespoons worth of mayo on each half. I called and asked for a refund for this sandwich only and they said I had to bring it back in order to receive a refund. Not offered any other alternative. God bless my husband for finding the last tomato in our garden and scraping the mayo off my sandwich.

Came at a very busy time it seems on a Saturday afternoon…over 25 minutes for a sub seems extensive! Ordered a giant Chipotle cheese steak and one half was made different than the other…not sure how that is possible but kind of disappointed for time spent and price paid!

Very frustrating experience. I have a gluten allergy and the jersey mikes near me is always accommodating and helpful, this location was very different. I am glad they cleaned the station and put the sandwiches on a separate tray. They refused to get any toppings from the back and would not take the time to grab separate topping items that were not contaminated. They would only give us mayo and mustard from the bottle. It was not that they were unable to get separate toppings; they just did not want to. I was left with bread, turkey, and cheese. Very plain and disappointed with the service.
