Always gets my order wrong. This was supposed to be our chicken nuggets?! A bunch of pickles are you kidding me?! That was for my toddler!!! Then they gave us the wrong tea!! They also forgot our mchicken AND our snack wrap! Also waited 30 mins in the drive thru…..Don’t know who’s working here but it’s concerning…

We used to really like this location they had the best nuggets. The last 6 times we’ve been here it’s been awful. Mushy chicken nuggets, wrong orders, no sauces, wrong sauces. The person working the first window is usually always on their phone, most of the time can’t even be bothered to look up at you just swings the card reader out the window. But we kept trying. This last time was it for me. I ordered two cheeseburgers and a sweet tea. The tea was warm with no ice whatsoever and had enough sugar to kill a cow but somehow still tasted expired. The burgers were made with rock hard stale buns and the cheese had a film. Disgusting. I had to throw the food away. In this economy having to waste food like that could be detrimental to someone. I understand the employees make minimum wage and they likely will not care about my review or the others I’ve seen but you are handling people’s food. DO BETTER.

Just purchased a 0-piece chicken mcnugget for the cost of a 6-piece. I can overlook missing bbq sauce every so often but c’mon man.
They DID give me the bbq sauce for the nuggets this time though. Silver linings. 2 stars.

Place is dirty. Need to be cleaned. Came here after a school band activity for quick dinner and tables are sticky. Staff was rude. Items were not stocked for drinks (lids and straws)

I came through the drive-through and ordered a large sweet tea and large fries. I ordered the fries cooked to order meaning fresh. I was willing to wait the 23 minutes for them to make them fresh by the time I got to the second window. They were already handing out the fries. Something told me to try the fries, they were hot but hard and dry like they had just dropped them back in the fryer to heat them up when I proceeded to ask for them to be remade the guy at the second window said you got your drink. You got your fries and proceeded to shoot me away, so I went inside and talked to the girl at the front counter, who then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that they were made fresh when they were not so I asked for a refund and she gave me a refund but terrible service

Somehow they always mess up my order. Today I got a plain spicy mcchicken, fries with no salt, two cheeseburgers instead of 1 double cheeseburger and no sauce for chicken nuggets. Yes I should check my order before leaving but this is not a one time issue, it is every time. One time they gave me two plain bagels instead of two SEC bagels… ♀️ I will start to check my order at the window from here on…yes we all know about the drive thru timer, maybe that will help them focus more on order accuracy instead of lowering their drive thru time…

Just ok. We did go pretty late in the evening about 9:30pm and there wasn’t any other customers in the lobby. Food was fine… our sandwiches had the tiniest sprinkle of lettuce, no extra pickles like asked. Seemed to have just been made fast. There is no point of having a table marker if orders dont get brought out. Same with table ordering online. Most Mcdonalds do this i just dont get the point of having them. Water dispenser wasn’t working. Service was fine. Overall just ok

2/20/2026. Just after noon,Just left there, tried to order at drive thru, hard to understand person behind speaker, so went to window, ordered 2 mcdoubles and 1 small fry ,was informed we can’t use a BOGO on mcdoubles only double cheeseburgers, told her ive ordered them there several times with same coupon, she closed window to go get Manager, i left and went to next one and low and behold took my coupon ,guess they have too many customers they needed to drive some away
