hello, everyone so for my experience i came here to celebrate my daughter birthday. Christina was a wonderful lady, she greeted us she walks through us with our menu. She always checked on us. I was recently at this Red Lobster using the private dining room for a company event. We were here for 3 days and had such an amazing experience. The staff was incredible. They were friendly, welcoming, and so helpful with everything we needed. The manager Dena Fortner was there to assist us throughout our experience. Our head server Jay was quick and friendly with such great energy it made for a good week all around. Dena, Jay, Tiffany, and the rest of the staff were so wonderful. I highly recommend this location for any event you might be planning. I can’t wait to come back and see them again. For those of you planning a holiday party, the private room would be perfect for you!

The Dearborn Heights location was excellent. My serve was Carrie. She is absolutely amazing, tentative and welcoming. If anyone plan on visiting soon, ask for Carrie as a waitress, she’s phenomenal.

Called in an order at red lobster located on Ford road. I get to the restaurant there is a waitress counting money at the carry out window so I had to wait for someone else to take my order when they were available. I’m told there is no order for me. I’m told that orders do not come to the restaurant they go to a call center so none knows why my order wasn’t placed. Just plain old bad service. The last time I ate in the restaurant my waitress seated me and never came back. I waited at least 20 minutes before I flagged down a waitresses from another section to service me. This Red lobster has truly fallen off.

From the moment we set foot in the door, Christina was a ray of smiles and kindness. She was swift with our requests and proactive in her service. No drinks were left empty and always ensured we had everything we needed. It was my first time at Red Lobster, and it won’t be the last. Now, I will only go to this location, IF I have them again. The world needs more outgoing and respectful people like Christina.

Jay is a breath of fresh air. What a genuine gem to be around. His service is top notch and he was able to stay on top of everything our group needed. Just don’t think you’re gonna beat him in an arm wrestling competition!

Everything was great. The servers were amazing and went well above and beyond. They both was attentive and anticipated all of our needs which is saying a lot since we had a party of 31 people. The food came promptly and was cooked to perfection. My personal server was Dee. she was so knowledgeable in giving recommendations on the food options available. We really enjoyed our experience.
