Went to CS to celebrate Valentines Day and enjoy ice cream and although the ice cream was delicious and the worker (Sabryna) was nice and friendly – it got ruined by a couple bringing in a wet dog. Yes, it was a nice beach day, however the dog was constantly shaking, which started to make the store smell like wet dog. Gross to smell while eating. And before anyone assumes – it was NOT a service dog. The dog was approaching other customers in line and also going up to tables where people were eating. WHY do stores/restaurants allow non-service dogs?

My daughter requested cold stone for a treat after getting some stitches. Our ice cream was very yummy and the staff was pretty nice. The prices were a little high but for an occasional treat it is alright. Kids love all the ice cream flavors and mix ins.

I was there today around 3 or 4 pm the tattooed girl was so rude, she acted like we were bothering her just by being there, then the other girl that jumped in and waited on.the others in my party was the same way. If you hate your job that much please find another one. Overpriced and expect a tip for rude service! I will never be back.

Ordered I’ve Gotta Have it! Groom an unhappy worker at over $10. Unmixed ice cream just did go to the rim- not like the picture. 1 tablespoon of each almonds and heathbar and less than a pint of coffee ice cream. I remember why I haven’t been there in over a year and I was the only one in the store. Unfriendly, over priced and underwhelmed.

This place changes their hours of operations so often it will give you whiplash and they also do not update it here on Google. To make the situation worse I walked into the store at 8:55 and was told they were closed even though their new hours clearly said 9. I understand wanting to close up and go home but if I made it in before you close with more then enough time for them to make me two desserts I should still be served.

Customer Service is DEAD!!! I visited this store twice over the last two weeks. The employees never acknowledged me or asked for my order on either visit. When I said thank you, the employee mumbled uh-huh. On the second visit there was a long black hair in my ice cream. When I showed the employee, he said that’s weird nobody has hair like that here. Offered to make a new ice cream or a bottle of water, but by this time I don’t want anything from this store. Never offered a refund, just puzzled employees thinking the situation is weird.

I drove 26.4 miles and $33 for nothing!!
The rep was as cold as the ice cream and smallest scoops ever…and I don’t think she even gave me the third scoop I was supposed to get.
AWFUL EVERYTHING!
Will never go out of my way to go to this location again…just as bad as the Deptford NJ location.
Best Coldstone was in Wake Forest NC…forget the crappy Dairy Depot…which is a crap “trainwreck” with stale cookies and crap service!

This is a small store, but the employees are kind, patient (if you have kiddos or indecisive adults) and they have great recommendations. They have good classic flavors, new holiday flavors, and some unique flavors. Everyone can find something great to eat. My only complaint is the price for a family of four just 2 love its and 2 like its it’s it was almost $30. Again the staff was awesome and the place was good.
