I ordered a mobile order that required me to go in to pick up. As soon as I opened the door, the workers knew my name ! They knew I was there for carry out! They directed me where to find the carry out order and wished me a nice day! The waffle fries are top tier and the grilled chicken sandwich was good too! Great place and will definitely be back if I’m the area again!

OK, pros and cons, this is my second visit to a Chick-fil-A restaurant. The pros , First of all the restaurant here in North Haven is absolutely spotless super clean modern and very inviting. The staff, super friendly accommodating, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The cons, Chick-fil-A chicken products are extremely salty, this is my first reaction at the first visit I had and I’ve tried fried versus grilled options and it doesn’t make a difference. I guess it’s all about how they brine and season their chicken. If you have a high blood pressure problem steer clear. Second of all the price I ordered an English muffin egg white breakfast sandwich that had a small piece of chicken on it, a fruit cup, and an apple juice box, $14! Totally ridiculous. So with that being said, I’m going to cross Chick-fil-A off my list of places to go and it’s not because of the employees or the service but the food is just too salty and overpriced in my opinion

I have visited this Chick fil A a couple of times and each time has been a disappointment. The service has been absolutely horrible, I have not had one pleasant experience here with any of the workers. The employees are rude and act like they would rather be doing anything than working there. The laziness is shocking aswell as it took me about 35 minutes to get 2 items.

The chicken fillet—a flawless, geometric oval—is sheathed in a coating that maintains a disturbing, perfect crispness, a textural counterpoint to the unnervingly moist, uniformly white meat within. The spice profile is not the rustic, unpredictable heat of some back-alley kitchen. No. This is a calibrated, pharmaceutical-grade capsaicin delivery system. It builds, peaks, and recedes with algorithmic precision.

I observed the other patrons, their vacant, consuming faces, and felt a certain… detachment. They don’t appreciate the chilling brilliance of the logistics, the seamless flow from freezer to fryer to hand. They simply consume. I am above them.
I’m deducting one star. The lemonade was slightly too sweet, a cloying note that disrupted the otherwise flawless chemical balance of my meal. And the “My Pleasure” refrain from the staff, while delivered with a robotic consistency I respect, has a hollow, cult-like quality that I find… unsettling.
Four stars. It’s the best fast-food option in North Haven. I have to return some videotapes.

Love this location! I actually pass a chick fil a to get to this one! The staff here are always friendly & efficient! It does get very busy at this location so plan your visit accordingly!

The drive thru is always fast and well organized. Chicken sandwiches are soooo good! On the most recent visit, our chicken sandwiches were a bit dry, not as good and juicy as we’ve been used to. Hopefully just a hiccup.

It’s a chick-fil-A, but a pretty decent one. This particular location is quite popular so if you’re not ordering ahead expect to wait in the queue for a bit. Service is friendly and food is good.
