What screams Florida comfort food more than soup, salad, and breadsticks at Olive Garden? After a full day out, this hit the spot perfectly.
We visited the Olive Garden on Merritt Island (205 E Merritt Island Cswy), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The breadsticks were warm and fresh, the salad was crisp with plenty of toppings and freshly grated cheese, and the soup was hot, hearty, and full of flavor. Everything came out quickly and consistently refilled without us even having to ask.
Our server, Erica, was possibly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely upbeat without being intrusive. Drinks stayed full, refills came right on time, and she made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable.
If you’re in the Merritt Island area and want dependable comfort food with outstanding service, this location delivers. We’ll absolutely be back.

Definitely one of the better Olive Gardens we’ve been too. Service was excellent and the food amazing. We did the lunch special soup, salad and breadsticks and everything tasted great. Our favorite is definitely the pasta e Fagioli.

Excellent service, friendly and proficient. Salad was good, nothing has changed over the last 20 years and then Pasta e Fagioli was as consistent as ever. Breadsticks are tasting a bit bland, but ok. Excllent Caberney.

We got here quite late in the evening about an hour prior to closing and we were seated n no time. We had two servers with us as we were a bigger group and they are absolutely fantastic. Service was quick and they took time to explain the menu to us. It was our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and they provided them with a free dessert to celebrate.
Will definitely come back. Big portions and all you can eat soup and breadsticks. The kids loved it!

Bread sticks to die for plus love the salad. My friend had the soup and salad and I had the cheese ravioli and we loved every morsel. So fresh and so reasonably priced for the quality of food. Super quick service. Comfortable seating and bar stools available. Kid friendly and easy parking. We walked in and were seated right away with no reservations. Sorry the food was so delicious and I was hungry so I forgot to take the picture but as you see we ate the whole thing!

Experience was great, I have a gluten allergy and its not my first idea to come to a place full of it, but the staff made sure I was safe and had a gluten free experience. Manager brought out my dishes separately, and it just made me feel taken care of.

Food was good as expected from Olive Garden, but service was outstanding! We had a young waitress named Aubrey that was cheerful and welcoming, obviously enjoying what she does. She turned “just a meal“ into an enjoyable evening with her.
