We love Chick-fil-A and the food but the service here at drive through is terrible. We purchase the same thing each Friday evening for our grandkids and each time something is missing that we paid for. Tonight my husband drove back several miles to get the ice cream that wasn’t in the bags though on the receipt and they begrudgingly gave him the ice cream. I hope somehow their service is improved.

Easily placed order in app. Restaurant was fairly busy but well staffed. Staff was very friendly , n my order was received very quickly. The food was amazing, probably the best pretzel bun I have ever had, n the chicken amazing, fresh lettuce n tomato. Price a lil high, $14 n change for 1 chicken sandwich meal with fries n lemonade. That being said , it was prepared perfectly!

I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 9:57 AM. At 10:21 AM, I marked “I’ve arrived” in the app as I was turning into the location. I reached the drive-thru at 10:26 AM, with still three cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, I was informed that my breakfast would not be served because it was past 10:30.
This is concerning, as the app only allows breakfast orders during breakfast hours, and I submitted my order well before the cutoff time. As a frequent customer and Signature member, I find this experience unacceptable and request that this issue be reviewed and addressed.

Very clean environment super service everyone learnt how important the customers are unlike most other fastfood chains, nice kids play area, i noted they carefully replaced fresh flowers on all the tables haven’t seen this before, not to mention the food is always great and one of my favorite i use to go find chick fil a when ever i arrive to US that is 1st thing in my list to do

First the person in the drive thru lane skipped my vehicle and than my order was missing the main ingredients. When I arrived home my bag only contained the salad and dressing. A southwest salad comes with a package of pumpkin seeds and a package of tortilla strips. Never visiting this location again I expect this from Mcdonald’s.
