This is a takeout-only spot, but don’t let that stop you. Service is quick, with food usually ready in about 15 minutes, which is perfect when a wing craving hits fast.
The firecracker wings are the standout: bold, unique, and packing a spicy kick that actually delivers. The fries are excellent too, crispy and addictive. I’m a tough wing critic, so the four stars come with meaning. These wings are definitely above average, with the real magic coming from the sauces.
They offer creative flavors you won’t find just anywhere. Dill pickle wings, anyone? If you’re into trying something different without sacrificing quality, this is a top-tier wing stop and absolutely worth checking out.

The service was very friendly, and the place was cute, but you cannot eat in. The cornbread was some of the best I’ve ever had, and all 3 wing sauces we ordered were delicious too! The Asian Orange, Whiskey BBQ, and Garlic Parmesan, are all highly recommended by me..yummy! I wasn’t impressed with the cheese fries, and was expecting regular fries..but I probably didn’t read the info and just assumed. Overall, it was good, and I’ll be back for more wings and cornbread!!

First time trying DWC as a wing freak. I ordered 5 traditional wings with the habanero/ranch dry rub and a side of ranch. The wings were cooked really well. Maybe a tad over done, but that is just splitting hairs. The chicken was cooked through and moist. I loved the rub that I got, so good! Can’t wait to try others. The service was friendly, only a take out place fyi. The minor knocks were no napkins in my Togo order, it took 25 mins and was 10$ for 5 wings. Not a deal breaker as I will be back for more! Edit: Came back the next day! I retract my napkin statement from earlier. There is a dispenser on the counter. Service was still great. I got 5 of the traditional wings with firecracker sauce and it is beyond good! I will work my way through all the flavors at some point. No need to go anywhere else for wings in the area. Went today and picked up 2 flavors thing time. The butter/cheese and creole cheese, both were great! The creole cheese has some spice that kinda builds, not too spicey though. Such a good place for wings!

I understand that Super Bowl Sunday is an exceptionally busy day, and I took that into consideration when placing my order. Because online ordering was the only option available, I submitted my $140 order at 4:00 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 6:15 PM.
At 5:40 PM, I received a text stating that my order was ready. Since the person picking up the order was not arriving until 6:15, I called to confirm whether the food would still be hot. Instead of answering my question, I was immediately told that my husband had just canceled the order. I explained that he was with me and had not been to the restaurant. The employee insisted—multiple times—that “he came in, didn’t want to wait, and canceled it.”
I again clarified that this was impossible, as the only person aware of the order was in Flushing and not due to arrive until 6:15. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, I was repeatedly argued with until I was finally asked, “Well, do you want the order or not?” I stated that yes, of course I did—we had already paid for it. I was then told it would not be ready until around 6:30.
When we arrived at 6:25, another customer was already arguing with staff about long wait times. We were told our order was still on “page 2” and that there were ten orders ahead of ours before it would even be started. Our order was finally ready at 6:50.
After a five‑minute drive home, every item—wings, cheese dip, fries—was cold and required reheating just to be edible.
This was my first visit to the Davison DWC, and unfortunately it will be my last. The combination of misinformation, being argued with, the mishandling of my order, and the poor food quality was extremely disappointing, especially for a $140 purchase.

Absolutely incredible! The wings here are hands-down the best I’ve ever had—crispy, juicy, and coated in sauces that actually have flavor instead of just heat. The menu has something for everyone, from classic buffalo to creative specialty flavors, and every sauce I tried was a winner.
The staff is friendly, fast, and clearly care about the guest experience. My order came out hot, fresh, and exactly right. The portions are generous, and the sides (especially the fries and ranch) are just as good as the wings themselves.
Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, this place nails it every time. If you’re a wing lover, look no further—you won’t be disappointed

Yeah I came here for the Michigan game to get some wings an it was quite busy. But the cashier John and the manager Audrey were really helpful and assured me my order would come out at a reasonable time and it did. Was able to get home just as the game started. Very nice people!

Perfection as usual can never go wrong coming to Detroit Wing Company.
You all are 1,000% better than Wing Stop or Buffalo Wild Wings. You all are my only spot I will get wings from in the county.

It was our first time eating at DWC and we will be back! The food was excellent and the staff were very kind and polite. They treated everyone with kindness and respect despite being very busy. The boneless wings were juicy and meaty. We will be repeat customers!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. First, the owner is on-site daily which is out of the ordinary for a fast food restaurants. But calling this fast food isn’t accurate either. Any how the food is delicious, the people are amazing, and it’s priced fairly. I’d give them 10 stars if I could

Unfortunately these were some awful wings. Payed $30 for undercooked wings that smelt SUPER funky and ultimately inedible. Fries with forgotten dips, and dreams diminished on a Saturday night. I was excited for this place! Really sad I had a bad experience with sm positive reviews.
