First time coming to this location have been to several others but will not I repeat will not come back to this one to start off the server was completely out of it took forever to take are drink orders and mind you it’s 3:30 on a Tuesday the place is dead when we arrive he finally takes are drink orders brings them separately from each other then when he took are meal order he never brought bread until the very last min and then he goes about bringing the soup salad bread sticks appetizer then our meal one after another before we even got the chance to think if we wanted more then instead of taking the plates that are empty he proceeded to leave them at our table of 6 the food was not at all what I’ve had from a Olive Garden before asked for exstra Alfredo sauce didn’t get it appetizer was burnt best thing I had from this meal was my alcoholic drink and that couldn’t even save this review ,we spent 150$ not including tip and tipped 20% still which I only did cause I’m not that guy but this is not what a olive garden’s standers should be I get better take out from the one on Vandyke and 12 mile in Warren and that’s saying something!!!

This used to be our favorite location of Olive Garden Restaurant. We would bring our kids here when they were younger. The ambiance is really great! We had occasion to visit the Auburn Hills location again this evening. We were seated and our waitress started the evening off just fine. We ordered drinks, which she brought, and she took our initial order. She brought our salad and breadsticks. Then she brought our entrees and things just went downhill from there.
The problem? My 23 year old and 26 year old have always LOVED the fettuccini alfredo, angel hair pasta, no parsley. It definitely sounds like something a child would order. Well, they are grown adults, and as such, expected an adult portion of food. When our meals came, my plate would have dwarfed both of their entrees COMBINED. We immediately called the waitress back to the table, and asked if perhaps they gave us kids portions by mistake. She looked at it and said something like “No, that’s the right portion. It just looks smaller because you asked for angel hair!” and walked away. After that, she was scarcely seen at our table. I took a picture of the portion, before anything was eaten. I cannot believe she didn’t even question it, or give it a second thought. She could have sent the manager over. She could have said ‘let me check with the kitchen staff.’ She could have done many things. Instead, she ignored our query and then ignored our table. We never got drink refills. We never got a paper bill. She stopped by at one point and tapped the kiosk as if to say, ‘Do you know how to use it?’ Well, my 26 year old had finished his two bites of pasta, and was working on finishing a second full salad and breadsticks so that he could pretend he’d had a decent meal. The waitress never came to see if we wanted ANYTHING additional. We almost always order the $6 to go entrees AND dessert to go when we go to Olive Garden. During this visit, that did not happen. Instead, after we took too long chatting, she came back to our table AGAIN, and this time physically turned the kiosk and positioned it directly in front of me as if to say “Move it along. You’ve taken this table for too long.” I’ve never gotten that vibe going to a restaurant before. It was more than an hour before closing, and there were tables open throughout. Our most favorite location of Olive Garden has now become our LEAST. We go to the Rochester Hills location all the time, and they give good portions. So do the locations in Novi and Saginaw. If you like Olive Garden’s alfredo, make sure to go to a different location to get a proper portion and proper service!

We had a great time here with our group of friends. Fettuccine Alfredo was perfect! Unlimited breadstick and salad refills were sweet. Italian style cheesecake was out of this world!
Our server was courteous and smiling, serving all our orders in a timely manner one after another.
In the last 5 years not many restaurants have kept their quality of service like this.

Fast and delicious. We had soup and Salad for lunch. It is still a great deal. Our server was attentive keeping our drinks, Salad and soup as full as we liked. Atmosphere was quiet and not crowded for a Wednesday lunch hour. We also had the meatball appetizer. They were delicious also.

From the moment I walked in, the hostess (3 of them) were friendly and efficient. I honestly didn’t even notice how busy it was because the only bus boy I saw was that fast in cleaning the tables.
Then my waitress, Ava, had a larger party in addition to me. Never once did I feel neglected while she literally went around the room was friendly with everyone and helpful. From what I saw, the other waitresses were the same.
The food, hot and fresh and fast.
I’ve never had such an amazing experience at an Olive Garden so I’ll definitely be back.

Went for a birthday meal and the waitress was fabulous. Very friendly, always has a smile, and very accommodating. Had guests from ages 1-85 and everyone left satisfied and Happy, including the birthday girl!

Food: AMAZING. Huge portions compared to other locations, hot and fresh.
Service: Sarah A waited on us and she was delightful!! Attentive, helpful, cheerful.
Atmosphere: this location is huge! The tall ceilings and decor make it feel very fancy, especially compared to other locations. It was clean, but one thing it doesn’t have compared to others is windows to see outside. Giving it a more fancy feel.

Brady was our server and he was amazing. He was very polite, prompt, attentive and professional. The meal was excellent from the endless chicken dumpling soup, the bread and of course our main dish seafood linguine & chicken Parmesan.
The only suggestion is to the hostesses. We understand the restaurant was extremely busy with patrons, I’m sure to them it was probably a bit overwhelming. When the hostess walks you to your table she doesn’t have to throw down the menus and cutlery, turn and walk away without even an “I hope you really enjoy your meal.” Not a great start. However Brady more than made up for that. He deserves a lot of credit.
