I used to love coming to this place, I would drive from my hometown ONLY to stop & eat here at this pizza place because the customer service was amazing and obviously the food was delicious.
Food continues to be delicious, however, whoever is at front desk taking orders is extremely rude! The young lady at the front slammed my condiments on the desk when I asked her for ranch and cheese to go, was extremely rude over the phone when taking my order to begin with.
Upon arrival, she is doing her make up, on the phone with a gentleman on speaker, not acknowledging that I’m there to pick up my order. Acting as if I’m in an inconvenience to her.
Doesn’t even offer to put the condiments in a bag as she watches me struggle with my items. Literally just sets everything down as she slams it down on the counter. Then continues her phone out loud.
WILL NEVER BE BACK.
Do better and higher better front desk because you just lost a loyal customer.
I speak proper Spanish, so the excuse of having a language barrier is out the window.
DO BETTER if you work for customer service.
