We came in after the Renaissance Faire in costumes. They treated us like royalty even on a busy Saturday / Valentine’s day. Jackie and David were amazing and gave us excellent customer service. I even got a birthday salad!

I ordered my breakfast online, I was told it would be ready at 10:52, now i understand today is Valentine’s Day and places are expected to be busy. I had full intent of giving grace to these workers. When I walked in the worker in the front was extremely disrespectful and passive aggressive. I wanted 30+ minutes staring at my food completely ready while the girl proceeded to do nothing about it. When she finally handed me my bag it had the wrong receipt on it and I was looking over everything to make sure it was my order because my name wasn’t on the bag, she proceeded to come up to me rip the receipt off the bag I was holding and throw another in my bag. When i finally left, my food was missing, cold, and disgusting.

I’ve been coming to this Denny’s for many years, and to be completely honest, there was a time when I had to stop. The service had gone downhill, the menu was constantly out of items, and the attention to guests was far from what you’d expect. It just didn’t feel like the place I used to enjoy.
That all changed when David stepped in and took over. From the moment he started managing, you could see and feel the difference. The entire atmosphere has turned around—staff are friendlier, more attentive, and genuinely seem to care about the customer experience. The food is back to being exactly what you come to Denny’s for: hot, fresh, flavorful, and served right every time. No more missing items, no more excuses—just great meals delivered consistently.
What stands out the most, though, is how spotless the restaurant is now. Clean tables, clean floors, clean restrooms—the kind of detail that makes you comfortable and lets you know things are being run properly. It really feels like a completely different restaurant, one that’s welcoming and enjoyable again.
Thanks to David’s leadership and the team he’s built, I’m happy to say I’ve returned as a regular customer. I truly appreciate the effort that’s gone into turning this location around, and I look forward to many more meals here. Great job to David and the entire crew—you’ve absolutely earned this 5-star review!

We are The Apache Junction Royalty Cheer Team. Today we had the pleasure of fundraising here and omg! The staff were literally so freaking amazing. David was so so sweet and hospitable! They allowed us to set up a table offered free drinks if we wanted and even helped make us sales! He seemed to know all the customers who went in which was so cool because they would laugh and make jokes. He had us laughing. Thank you to David and the Amazing staff at Dennys! We will definitely be back and I’ll be back for breakfast!

Talk about best customer service experience! And on Christmas Day? You can’t beat that! I just tried peanut butter on pancakes for the first time and it was heaven in my mouth. We come to Denny’s and we’re gonna make it a Thursday thing and we’re gonna see our favorite server Brittney.

When we came in it was quite busy the servers were very apparent and attentive! It took a long time buy you could tell the team was working very hard. Our server Jackie reminded us of the Denny’s rewards account and it saved us some money. All of the employees we interacted with were extremely kind and the manager Dave’s even came to check on us multiple times. I think every single sever checked on us.

David and Jackie were incredible and catered to our big group for coming a little late in the night.They took care of us super well and had great communication with us! Never did we feel neglected during the night. My son vincent loved his meal and even got to take a picture with the manager after watching DOLC3’s concert and even had the shirt on.
