The food is affordable and tasty. There’s plenty of parking. The food comes out pretty quick, but the seating felt a little tight. Our waitress Chevon AKA, Ms. Antigua was really kind, courteous, patient, and worked to make us diners at my table happy. A friend required a lot of attention this can be very stressful for a a waitress, but I get it, some want to be heavily catered to, Chevon handled it very well. This is ne of my favorite Chili’s locations, I’m definitely coming back again and again.

After a triumphant comeback and successfully emerging from bankruptcy thanks to the excellent leadership of the executives at Chili’s Grill & Bar, it is truly disappointing that due to poor management at this location, the franchise is receiving such low reviews.
I ordered a Quarter Pounder (QP), and I was served a smash burger instead. I returned it, but the manager insisted that it was in fact a QP. As you can clearly see in the photo, it is obviously a smash burger.
On top of that, the service was very poor. The bar area remained unattended for approximately 6 to 9 minutes. When the food was brought out, it was simply placed on the table without providing the necessary items such as napkins, ketchup, utensils, or any basic level of service.

We had an outstanding experience at Chili’s – 6700 NW 57th Ave, and Karina truly made our visit exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal.
Karina was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and checked on us at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear she takes pride in providing great service, and it made our dining experience that much better.
The food was great, but it was Karina’s service that will bring us back. If you’re dining here, definitely ask for her — you won’t be disappointed!

The food was delicious. We ordered the triple dipper and a bacon burger. I went specifically because I wanted to try The Good Witch Marg ($6!)and it did not disappoint! It was amazing and with plenty of tequila. Unfortunately, I will have to come back before the end of the month to try The Witches Brew Marg as I can’t handle drinking 2 anymore. The service was excellent as always.

I’ve been at this chilis several times and the service is always great. Now chilis food is not the fanciest but after a few margaritas no one knows the difference lol overall I love their drinks and vibe. You can’t never go wrong with their triple dipper or burgers.

I’m very happy with the service that Alis provided. She was incredibly attentive, even though she was super busy today, since it was an extremely hectic day at the restaurant. She always stopped by and kept an eye on our drinks and our needs; whatever we required, she was attentive and always with a smile, very kind. And honestly, the food came out quickly and was delicious. We also spoke with the manager, Arlene, who was very kind as well. In fact, she has beautiful skin, and she even shared her skincare routine with us, so we bonded a bit with her. They truly have a lovely team, and we definitely want to return.

I have gone to this Chili’s a couple of times and my experiences have been pretty okay every time. The food every time has been delicious though, one of my favorites that I ordered recently was the Triple Dipper (fried mozzarella sticks, boneless wings and honey chicken tenders) but also the special sauce burger from the “3 for Me” special is really good too. Their prices are also fair for a family of four or if you are going out on a date. The atmosphere is very family friendly all the times I have gone. The service is okay as well, the team members are approachable.

I cannot give enough praise Pam enough! She was an absolute breath of fresh air in the service industry as each time I go out not only Chilis it seems like pride in work is gone. She was well attentive very organized and clean. Pre bus drink refills order accuracy everything you should expect when sitting in for a donning experience. This location is lucky to have such an amazing member of the team. Also loved this visit since the last few have been a hot or miss. Kitchen was delicious bar was on point with drinks as well as speed of service. Manager came by to drop off drinks and checked in. Over all 10/10 and when I come back I only want Pam!

I ordered food to go from this location, and it was extremely disappointing. I’ve never had issues at other Chili’s, but this experience was terrible. The food was cold, and the “chicken fingers” were more like chicken nuggets. The salad was clearly not fresh, the croutons were so stale they were impossible to chew, and the lettuce had a bad smell. Even the watermelon lemonade tasted off.
Very disappointed and would not recommend this location.

Very disappointed on this particular chili’s. On 57th Avenue Northwest. My soup was very watery and the triple dipper is missing food Also I ordered a blackberry iced tea and they gave me Soda with blackberry syrup .
Never had this Type of bad service before.. I’m gonna start going to a different chili’s for now on. I will never give you guys my business there again…
