This was my first visit. Customer Service was bad and I felt rushed with no one behind me. I got a 4 piece and a nugget combo to share with family. Food was good but the customer service was non existent which I found off putting. I don’t need to be catered to, but some basic cs skills would be nice. I felt more like a hinderance to them.

Great local spot for tasty chicken! The two-piece chicken with sweet plantains and bread hit the spot. Unique flavor and regular size portions. Sides like fried yuca, Cole slaw, and rice are a nice touch. Price is fair. Clean atmosphere, but service and ambiance could be more welcoming. Would return for the flavor and options – this place is worth checking out!

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and 2 pc chicken. The bun was old and tough. The sauce was good. The chicken was good. The yuca fries was also tough. Portion is small. The banana and horchata was too sweet.

I love this place. I came here the first month it opened. I also came on May 4, 2018. This place has not changed and the customer service I have received every time has been outstanding! The wait is not too long and the food is delicious! The only issue is that I had a coupon for specific items and I did not receive the chicken the coupon specified. I did however was not told the grilled chicken was out and all they had was fried. But, when I got home with my meal I looked at my meal I was surprised to see that for the inconvenience of not telling me and no availability of the grilled chicken they did however, gave me an extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience. I really liked that! I was hoping to taste the grilled for the first time but I guess it’ll have to be next time. If you want a place to come eat you can eat here and enjoy the friendly staff and the great food!

She sounded like she didn’t have the time to listen to my order and at the window she was unbelievably rude and my order was really a mess and not what we ordered

Placed and order through the drive thru and was told my order would be a 30 minute wait. I declined and was told what they had on hand and accepted what they offered. They STILL had me park in the front and wait a good while. There was no line inside and nobody was behind me in the drive thru. I went inside and the lady that was packing my order was snobby. I’ll never understand people getting upset about doing what they have chosen for a job.
