The place is nice snd clean. the cashier was extremely friendly and bubbly, and the food was excellent. I got the Birria tacos and consume soup. It was so tasty! It’s hard to find a good Mexican spot in this part of the country!

Great spot for dinner and especially fantastic for brunch! The food was fresh and delicious. You could definitely tell they care about cleanliness and organization. Love that you can get a margarita with your food. They are always nice everytime we visit, and I appreciate how fast the tables were cleared and disinfected in a timely matter.
Highly recommend the chilaquiles and cazuela! UPDATE: Finally tried the menudo and it was delicious!

This place is a real hidden gem! So glad we wandered in, the food, drinks and service were totally fantastic. I haven’t found this quality of Mexican food anywhere in the Seattle area. Totally amazing, we will be back!!

Came here for lunch with our family on a weekday. The food was good. At times you can go horribly wrong with Mexican food but this place was much better than the basic taqueria. It was clean the food prep area was also very clean and visible to the public and behind a glass partition. This was first time seeing an open kitchen at a taqueria for me.
Service was fast and very friendly. Always had a smile on their face. Yes the salsa bar was amazing lots to choose from and each was spicier than the one before.
Average pricing was around $15 per person.

Really enjoyed the Cheese Birria tacos! Meat was juicy, tender and full of flavor! Added plus is watching them cook your order as there is a glass wall between the kitchen and the bar. This was a take out order .

Good location, fast service and amp parking! We have visited this place a few time and have consistently has good food. I would not say it’s the best Mexican food, but it is good. We have tried the tacos dorados, the al pastor tacos, mulitas, and the carne asada fries, the beans and rice – all good.
Recommend: Cheese birria tacos with the consommé and the Centralito drink (has tequila).
Overall experience is good and a trusted place for good food!

I had a bit of a mixed experience at La Central Taqueria. The tacos were tasty, but the guacamole was a little bland. The service was friendly, but it took a little longer than expected for our food to arrive. Still, the food was good overall, and I’d give it another shot.

What a gem. Great place for a quick bite to eat. Para echarse un taco. The al pastor meat here is really juicy and yummy. Try with sopes or tacos. The birria quesadillas with consume are also a favorite. The agua de horchata drink is also a must have. All around a really good place. To tie it all of really friendly staff that was willing to help out. Enjoy!

If you blink you will miss this place but the minute you step inside you know you’re in for a treat. Cozy atmosphere, very friendly staff and adult beverages too! And the food is fantastic. I brought my husband here to try barrira tacos for the first time and he has a new favorite. Can’t wait to come back. May I suggest trying the hibiscus tea? Delicious.
