This banana pudding is $6 not even worth and they stood me for 10 min just for pudding at this Cottman location. In another locations they are giving the big size of pudding. limekiln pike location is the best, They treat customers very well. I never gonna go this location again. I was in a rush or else I would have take refund.

Slider and loaded fries are definitely a must get here. I finally made it here after a year of not wanting to stand in line for an hour (that’s how it usually is here unless you order ahead of time online). The food did not disappoint and I got banana pudding for later. Atmosphere gets 2 stars only because it’s outside a gas station.

Ok, so I bought a large order for the family. Overall, everyone had the same consensus and didn’t want to order from Asad’s again.
I enjoyed the food and here are some tips and thoughts:
Location on Cottman avenue: Located at Cottman and Blvd. It’s basically a food truck style stall. Only 1 window to order.
The area was a bit dilapidated from what I remember many years ago. Plenty of parking and busy area!
Order online: I recommend ordering online but they can use a little improvement. They should review how Domino’s ordering app works! But ordering definitely beats waiting outside and ordering there. I was able to order online with ease but there is an ordering fee! And they charge extra for Hot honey!
Service: The person who handed my food; overall was pretty nice and efficient. But the issue was 2 folds. They had a technical issue which caused some delays. And since they only have 1 window, you have random people who don’t wait in line just trying to request their online/doordash orders at the window where everyone is ordering.
Issue 1: Spice: I ordered everything from no spice to scorchin! Sadly, no spice was spicy for my kids. I think it’s because the sauce is spicy. Mild had a little kick. I got the scorchin and it was super spicy and had a burn. Even though I enjoyed it, everyone else said it was too much for them. And to be honest, no spice and mild should not of been spicy.
Issue 2: Missing items: It states on website: “Includes pickles, coleslaw, cheese and Asad’s sauce”. They missed the cheese and coleslaw in every order! So that was frustrating and I felt like I didn’t get what I paid for considering it’s about $14.99 a platter.
I personally recommend Asad’s to try once. But if you don’t like spicy food – stay away.

Asad’s Hot Chicken is absolutely delicious! The chicken is juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and perfectly seasoned. I love that you can choose different spice levels. Great service and a clean, welcoming place. Highly recommend!

I’ve been wanting to try this place since I’ve move into the area. Lines and crowds always kept me away. Not today, after a long day I just didn’t want to go home and cook. My husband and I finally decided to go. I’m so glad we did. We did wait about 15-20 minutes for our food but we were not disappointed.
So I got the number 2 thinking that these were actually slider size, nope this was definitely a lot of food and could be shared. My husband ordered the number 6 and he said the same thing about his meal.
All in all I would be back and I do recommend. Order online if possible to minimize your wait time.

So I decided to try them out based off of all the reviews I’ve been seeing lately. First, if are using a card they charge a convenience fee that is not noted anywhere, if it is I didn’t see it (it is on the receipt). Second, they do tell you it will be 15-20 min wait, may be longer depending on the crowd. I ordered #3 2 tenders hot, fries,bread,and a sauce. Why the bread? If I wanted a sandwich I would order the sandwich. Now the taste of the fries and chicken is good however, if you are traveling I would suggest venting the container. They don’t put holes in it so by the time you get to where ever your going it will be a soggy mess. Back to the food, the fries and chicken are spinkled with some kind of seasoning that has something sweet in it. It reminds me of a place in Maryland called hip hop chicken and fish (good taste). But the side of dipping sauce isn’t enough for the huge tenders, tenders are basically a whole chicken breast (container of sauce if half filled). Overall I would order again if I had a taste for real chicken tenders. Oh and hot is manageable, not too hot that you can’t enjoy it.

Tried Asad’s Hot Chicken for the first time and ordered the loaded fries with chicken — seriously good! The fries were crispy, topped with juicy, spicy chicken, cheese, and sauces that packed a flavorful punch. Portion size was great too. Will definitely come back to try the sliders next time!

I was a little skeptical because it was a tiny location at a gas station. Parking was tricky and confusing for my 1st time. I then realized there is a shopping center parking lot behind the building. We ordered food and waited in the car. They have a displayed number system to let you know when your food is done. To my surprise, the food was delicious. The smoothies were regular fruit smoothies. Nothing spectacular about the smoothies, but the food was flavorful. I would definitely return for another meal when I’m in that area.

delicious!! we ordered a bunch of the sliders, tenders, and fries for my family and they all loved them. the spiciness was perfect and the sliders were packed with flavor. the dipping sauce they gave for the fries was also delicious. it was reasonably priced for the amount you get, especially considering how big the sliders were. we also got two smoothies which were also fantastic 🙂

Their food is so delicious! I bought this on Uber eats at 1230am and it was still so fresh and hot when delivered! The fries were so crispy even smothered in cheese! The chicken tenders are HUGE! AND full of white meat! So good!!
