I ordered a beef taco salad and it was absolutely the worst waste of money ever..dont go to memos go to california burrito. Overpriced! The shell was soggy dough and the supposed to be beef but instead very little beef shredded no flavor and majority of it was strings of onions and carrots..so that was what the pile of meat consisted of..then a huge pile of beans to make this waste of money look more worthy (on first appearance) it appears to look great but its additionally got bland taste..and vegetables mainly..used as fillers! Shame me once but not ever again. I defin̈ately will never be returning. Overall a ripoff and please dont waste your money like i just did. P.s. that first pic is the so called beef but mostly scrap filler.

I recommend the tacoma burrito, super nachos, carne asada fries, and, the churros. I frequent this place when I want a quick bite of Mexican food. The service is prompt and done correctly. I have not gotten my order wrong yet . They have meals for kids as well. They always offer sauce and sufficient napkins. I forgot the horchata is very good as well. I wish they had elotes though.

Raw shrimp is dangerous. I already was halfway through the burrito and in a different city when I realized it was raw. Eventually got home, immediately threw up, so called to let them know anyways to keep others from sickness. Got condescended instead and she said “well that’s just what our shrimp looks like, I can give you a refund I guess?”

This place used to be top notch for the price with the old management. However with the new management, new cooks and new customer service people are very mid to say the least. I always order a choncho burrito and it states you get “guacamole and sour cream”. Well every time I get home, I never see either. Idk if it’s me but the tortillas are thicker and there’s less low quality steak in the burrito. It’s a bummer.

My wife and I stop by here quite often when visiting Tacoma. We are a fan of their burritos and salsa verde!
We often order the Washington Burritos! They are big and inexpensive! I would say the food is great 95% of the time I get it. I have experienced a non-optimal burrito or two, with overly chewy pieces of meat. The salsa can be inconsistent as well, with spice levels varying.
My favorite qualities of this place are : price, speed, portion sizes, and taste!

You could plate this food and serve it at a sit down Mexican restaurant! Excellent carne asada burrito. The crispy beef tacos have real fried shells and lots of meat and stuffings. The “side order” of Chile rellenos are two fried chilis with cheese, sauce, etc. All in all, a five star restaurant. It’s just to go!

I can’t describe it. All I can say is that they are the best and they sell real food not that fake garbage Taco Bell sells. They are one hundred percent wayyy better then Taco Bell. Please don’t hesitate to visit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Please will u put a memo’s location in Jacksonville Florida so I can recommend my family thank you for good real clean food with flavor. Keep up the excellent work.

5 stars for price, serving size, quality, and speed of drive thru. My daughter regularly comes here. She is fan of the chicken with fajita style peppers (something like that) and her boyfriend likes the carne Asada fries. I tried the Carne Asada burrito, it was really good and the meat was flavored perfectly. Wasn’t soggy and good a couple days later (to big for me to eat in one sitting). My only qualm is that I am not a big tomato fan and tomatoes weren’t seasoned with something (oregano, salt, a/o pepper) and seems like its rolled up in slices. If I didn’t get side of enchilada sauce, it would have been difficult to sort of eat the tomato parts.

My daughter and I use to come here several times a week as I live close by now. They did a remodel and either changed management or owners and cook. I usually order the chicken taquitos. But every time since the remodel they barely put any guacamole on them and the chicken has no flavor. Now when I point out before I drive away that they are not making the food as they always have, the counter girl is extremely rude and asks me why I keep coming back if I don’t like their food. I absolutely loved their food! I would drive across town late at night when I lived in South end. I won’t come back again. Last time ordering there was no guacamole at all and the food had no taste. There was even a plastic bread tie in my food, and the rice and beans were bland. If they don’t want to treat their customers with respect I’ll take my money elsewhere, so very disappointing for a place we loved.
