This is the best McDonald’s in the area in my opinion. Every time I’ve been here, they’ve been fast, friendly, clean, and the food is delicious. No matter how busy it is, they make really good time. The drinks are always made to perfection and the food is always hot and fresh. The bathroom is clean and serviced regularly. It doesn’t matter if I go inside or go through the drive through, either way it is a fast and pleasant experience. Other locations could take a lesson from this one. Their staff are friendly and people- focused. I can tell this place is extremely well managed and they take their business seriously. I can also tell that they take their hiring process seriously and hire for people skills. I’ve been to this specific location probably 20 times since moving to Florida. And I’ve never had a bad experience. Whatever you guys are doing, keep up the excellent work.

I hate hate hate this McDonald’s especially after hours! I don’t know who the night manager is, but when I say they do not care for customer service I promise I am not exaggerating. I pulled up tonight, and was literally sitting at the window while the staff was just walking back and forth. I get it there is less people working, but maybe not ignore customers waiting to pay. Worst part by the time I got my food it wasn’t even fresh and they messed up my order. If you have to choose between this McDonalds or the one on broad i recommend, if you have the gas, go to Broad those guys are on top of their game.

The service in this place is genuinely insane me and my partner ordered online and picked the counter option because we wanted to eat inside just for us to wait 30 minutes and have the people that ordered after us get their food. The people working here clearly do not give 2 cents which was how the attitude was with zero sense of hospitality please don’t order here in person just hog through the drive through because they clearly could care less.

Can’t give a review on the food because we sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes
before we were finally unblocked by the two cars in front of us who was also waiting for their food! We watched 3 (lucky) people behind us leave and only sat here as long as we did because we were blocked in and couldn’t leave!! This McDonald’s needs an overhaul! Definitely will NOT go here again & would not recommend it unless you have a lot of time to wait….

Someone else took my mobile order code, I had asked for a Mc chicken they gave me a hot and spicy mc chicken. They gave me fries for some reason I guess to make me feel better that they made a mistake. It’s whatever I don’t plan on coming back to this location. This isn’t the first time they messed up my order either. I’d recommend going across the street if you want your order right

While the fries were a bit cold, our service was great. They were helpful to my mom, even getting her breakfast when lunch as starting to be served. They were apologetic when their Coke machine was down, offering us other options, but the machine was fixed quickly and they brought the Coke right to me. A pleasant experience

To the Very sweet mangers that where there when my husband truck caught on fire I can not do anything but thank you all for taking care of my husband and helping us find a towing company to come and get his truck from the parking lot. I never got the chance to tell you all thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank you for everything that you did for my husband unit I arrived. You ladies were so sweet and so helpful. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant for the price it cost to eat here…
I could endure the meat that feels a little off, like they’ve reached the limit of filler they can use. And it no longer even taste like beef..
If you want a large fry, you should order three mediums. Cause they barely even try to fill the container..
