Amazing. We enjoyed every moment in here. The staff were great and the customer service was wonderful. The food was so delicious. We had some breakfast sandwiches, harsh brown, ice tea and milkshake.

Have only gotten the grilled chicken nuggets as I don’t eat bread any longer. I only use the drive through so Atmosphere is moot. The nuggets are the best I’ve ever had.

I arrived around 3:45 on Monday the 16th. We were the only car in the drive thru and the parking lot was relatively empty. We proceeded to drive up to the ordering station and note: both lanes were open. Waiting over 5 mins at the drive thru. Which is fine, I was in no rush. However during our waiting a second car began to pull up right behind us. After a few mins they got impatient and pulled to the other drive thru lane. Immediately as they pulled up someone greeted them and asked for their order. I just think that is rude and disrespectful, I honk my horn thinking they will hear us too, the lady immediately comes on the mic and states ‘ what do you want’. I believe I spoke to a manager who happened to be walking outside, they were in a blue jacket, she said that they were just backed up. Listen I get being backed up, but when there was nobody in the drive thru lane and nobody in the parking lot, that just makes me question. And to service someone instantly before a customer that has been sitting for a while is also blasphemy! Do better and teach your employees to greet people.

My experience was surprising. I came in the door with one of the behind the counter workers/servers who was wearing latex gloves. I saw her sliding her hands across the handle of the doors which I view as dirty. She proceded behind the counter to serve people. She did not wash her hands or change her gloves. I pulled her over and very quietly let her. Know my thoughts about it. She blew up and made a real commotion about it. Loudly stating I’m wearing gloves to protect my nails. I had my nails done. So there you have it. The answer to “are the gloves on to protect us or them.” She’s protecting her newly ainted press on. Not any if us from the dirt she picked up on the door handlebars. Things change when the original owners leave. There was niceness here. Her manager did nothing. I won’t be back.

Id give it a 5 the staff and environment here are awesome they learn you and your name but man oh man don’t expect honey mustard twice in one week I ordered it and got either just bbq or honey roasted bbq (I don’t like bbq anything else would be literally fine)
Pretty good otherwise but if you can’t eat your chicken without the right sauce and you know your going back to work where you can’t do much about it then you are screwed id avoid this location on lunch breaks. They’ve messed up my sides before too but I love looked the other way until the honey mustard thing became a constant.

Sat in the drive through line for OVER 40 min. If the establishment can’t handle a dual lane drive through they both shouldn’t be open. Chick fil a is known for their quick service and this was anything but.

I got home to eat my food and a live bug was crawling around in my sandwich. I am so disgusted, disappointed and going to bed hungry after purchasing a meal. I’m just happy that I opened the sandwich before eating or I would have eaten a bug.

I came into the Chick-fil-A today and Brent took my order. He was so good like he’s perfect. He was so nice. He refilled my drinks, and he was very polite with doing it. He was efficient. He wasn’t taking too long, but he wasn’t making me feel rushed. He just makes my experience a lot better
