This was my first time at Baldino’s, and it was a really good experience. The people were super nice, from the cashier to the lady who made my sandwich. I got the one with all the meats. I think it’s called the hero or something like that and it tasted great. The place felt friendly, and I had a good time eating there. I’m not someone who comes often, but I’m glad I tried it.

This is me and my Dad’s favorite sub place. The subs are always fresh and good, especially the bread. My dad always orders 2 foot long subs whenever he’s in town, so he can eat one now and then one later on once he is home for the day. We went there today, and my dad subs were made from the bread straight out the oven, and that bread was so good, I could’ve eaten it plain. He got the Italian sub that’s posted with this review, and as u can see, the cheese just pulls away so easily. I will highly recommend this sub place over any others!!!!

I’ve been going to Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs for as long as I can remember, and unlike other sub shops, this place, never skimps you on the meat. This is the place to go for a great sub!
I literally had the opposite experience when I went the other day, they skimped on EVERYTHING! The lettuce, the oil and vinegar, the onions, the mayonnaise and the most important ingredient, THE MEAT! I gave them the opportunity to fix their mistake and they told me I was wrong and that this puny sub was the famous AMERICAN ARMY, one of the supposed Big Ones. I then told them that I eat there all the time and this definitely isn’t what I get every time. Again they told me I was wrong. I disagreed with them and ate the LAST sub from that Baldino’s. If I had a sub called the Big One, there absolutely would not be a question about it. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ has dropped to ⭐️⭐️.

While I am a huge fan of Baldinos as a franchise, I’m not sure that the Statesboro location necessarily holds up with the Greater Savannah area locations. It’s a good and solid sub, but simply not as good as what I’m used to. In addition, instead of making the sub in front of you like Savannah you sit down and they make it in the back. They don’t know how to give it that signature Baldinos touch I’m looking for. Given the price and the lack of “extra touch” to make it worth it, I will likely be getting my subs elsewhere in Statesboro, and only go to Baldinos when I’m in Savannah.

3 stars for amount of meats and veggies compared to every other baldinoes I’ve been too. Service was good and 3 on the atmosphere because the day I went there was music playing loudly to the point I couldn’t hardly hear the cashier speak to me.

I couldn’t understand why their were children in the back where the food was being prepared but I guess they didn’t have a babysitter but when the children come to numerous table and then grab our food that was enough. This child was eating m&ms off the floor and spit on the floor there is something wrong with the whole situation! Children shouldn’t be allowed to be where my food is being prepared! And then to NOT even watch them….i won’t ever go back
