Expectation vs. Reality
We ordered based on the pictures in the menu, expecting generous portions, but when the plates arrived they looked more like something from the kids’ menu. The presentation didn’t match what was advertised.
On top of that, the service was really disappointing. The server seemed uninterested and even bothered by our presence. She didn’t check on us at all or ask if everything was okay. When she brought the food, there were no utensils on the table, and instead of proper silverware, she handed us plastic ones.
We also ordered chocolate milk, and when she served it, she spilled some on my phone. I asked right away for a napkin, but she only came back about 10 minutes later with my coffee still no napkins. We had to wait another 5 minutes before finally getting some.
Overall, very poor service not attentive, not welcoming, and far below expectations. Definitely not what you’d expect when going out to eat.

You just can’t beat a classic, and this Denny’s on the 192 is an absolute lifesaver for travelers. Whether we were fueling up early before rope-dropping the parks or looking for a late-night feast after the fireworks, this place always hit the spot.
The highlight for us was definitely the Build Your Own Grand Slam. There is something magical about those fluffy buttermilk pancakes and crispy bacon when you are exhausted from a long day. Our time here was met with great service as we arrived to a full house and our hostess offered his waiter skills and ensured all guests were taken care of! This is a true example of genuine leadership and wanting to help. Our kids enjoyed this experience because of him and humble spirit! Thanks Dennys!

The hostess offered to be a server just to seat us so we wouldn’t have to wait.. and did both jobs and did well.. even took on 3 other tables too.
He took our orders without writing it down and I was shocked when everything was correct.
The food was great with reasonable prices.
Pancakes was fluffy and delicious.
He was very sweet, patient, and professional.

Great visit….. a typical Dennys so not much to look for atmosphere wise. Service was great, and Cary is a professional. She took our table of 7 order with no pad. Remembered everything perfectly. Food came out on time, and no one had any complains.

⭐️ 1 Star — Absolutely Do Not Come Here at Night
This Denny’s is a complete disaster after dark. I ordered chicken tenders and one of them — I kid you not — was the size of a French fry. I showed my server and she looked at it like it was normal. No apology. No offer to replace it. She genuinely didn’t care at all.
It’s clear the night staff here just want to ride the clock and could care less about the food or the customers. The quality is trash, the service is worse, and if this place has any standards, they must be buried under the grill somewhere.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely — especially at night. I’ve had better food and service at gas stations.

The most amazing experience I ever had! Went there this morning just visiting Denny’s for the first time. I’m from ny. Wasn’t going to dine in cause I was by myself. But saw that the atmosphere was pleasant n decided to sit n eat. The waiters was very welcoming n above. I was embarrassed one of the time because I couldn’t figure out how to pure the syrup on my pancakes but the waitress that I had was amazing poured it for me and told me I wasn’t the first lol. The food was amazing tasty n all. N to top everything off when I was ready for my bill they told me the bill is on them today cause it was my first time visiting ! When I tell you that this never happened to me before! I wanted to leave a tip for staff n they was like no this meal is on them! Listen this restaurant made my morning today thanks so much to dennys n staff for your amazing hospitality! Definitely my spot anytime I’m visiting again.

Kimberley was great, friendly, polite, and helpful when needed. Did get little confused with drinks and meals, but no damage was done.
Consistency wasn’t much. I had to ask for a top-up. Workload did pick up, yet she had a can-do positive attitude. That’s what you want in a business.
The food was amazing, fresh, and done as requested. Couldn’t get any better than that.
