We don’t go out to eat often at all, so this was a really special occasion for us. The Blooming Onion appetizer was delicious, and my husband’s tuna entrée was very good as well. Unfortunately, my steak was extremely overcooked, burned honestly, and the shrimp had very little color or flavor as well, which was disappointing for me.
What completely redeemed the experience, though, was our server, Claude. He was absolutely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He was on top of everything from start to finish, genuinely friendly, witty, and had such a warm, fun personality. We were already pretty stressed just getting out of the house that night after a really rough day, and Claude truly helped that stress melt away and allowed us to actually enjoy our rare and child-free evening together.
He went above and beyond, bringing extra sauces, surprising us with dessert, and making us feel cared for the entire time. Even though the food wasn’t perfect, his service and exceptional attitude made our night memorable nonetheless. I would honestly go back just to have him as our server again. Outback is lucky to have him. Please give this man a raise. ❤️

We just had the BEST date night ever here tonight. The biggest shoutout goes to our server, Kaleb. An absolute gem, Kaleb was enthusiastic and attentive from the moment we got there. He thoroughly elevated our dining experience from the very beginning when I ordered the holiday drink (99% for the cute koala it came with) and Kaleb went SO out of his way to make sure I got one to take home with me when we found out they were otherwise out of them. There was never a moment we needed anything because Kaleb was on it! Genuinely felt like 5 star service. The food was delicious (we got the 3 course meal- yum!) and came out fast and hot. The other staff we met along the way were all so nice with big smiles too! What an awesome experience.

We went at a great time of day as it wasn’t crowded and we were seated within 5 minutes. Our server Juan was fabulous asks he went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and everyone was satisfied with their meals.

Previous visits have been 5 star across the categories. Service is always great. Servers are all super friendly, helpful … nothing to improve there. French onion soup was second to none.
However, I was really surprised that a steakhouse couldn’t do better on a burger. The Bloomin’ burger was listed as a 1/2 lb. Maybe the Aussie 3 course meal is a smaller version but it wasn’t indicated on the menu. It was about the size of a McD QP. The meat was chewy and the outside was charred hard. It reminded me of cheap 80/20 which might explain the 50% size difference. The onions were cold, hard, and mostly breading chips. The tomato slice was a silver dollar. Seems the restaurants are moving to roma tomatoes. A real disappointment for otherwise great experiences before.

Had dinner here tonight with friends (01/03/26). Our server, Claude, was the BEST. I never leave reviews on google but he was so amazing that i had to write one just for him. He was kind, attentive, funny, and genuinely made our experience awesome. The food was good but what made it a great experience was our service by him! Someone give this man a raise. If you’re going to Outback ask for him, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Claude for your hard-work and kindness. It does not go unnoticed.

We were in on 12/30 and were there for a birthday celebration. We sat in the bar area and our server was Emma. She was amazing from start to finish! She was kind and friendly and deserves a shoutout. From the minute we walked in Maria greeted us with a smile. She is a doll! Caleb provided excellent service. Super attentive and thorough! Our food was cooked perfect and delicious! We had bone in ribeye and a filet. I want to give a shout out to the Manager, Ashely!! She is AMAZING! She always provided great service as a waitress and makes our dining experience even better as a Manager. We so appreciate how hard the staff works at Mooresvile Outback to provide excellent service and food.
