I’m extremely upset with the customer service. I ordered delivery on the little Caesars website and got the extramostbestest Italian sausage pizza, Italian cheese bread and stuffed bread sticks, and didn’t get the pizza called the store to complain. They were rude and when I asked for corporate number they hung up on me. I will be calling corporate tomorrow

Well, I have to say this is the worst experience I’ve had at this restaurant this far or a pepperoni pizza and cheesesteak puffs it took at least 10 minutes which that wasn’t that big of a deal but then she gave me two boxes of puffs one pepperoni one cheesesteak so no that wasn’t my order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the cheesecake puffs She proceeded to argue with me and said no that’s what I agreed to. I said no that’s not what I agreed for too. I ordered a pizza and puffs not two boxes of puffs so she ended up giving me a pepperoni pizza but she gave me pepperoni puffs not the cheesecake puffs so I did not get my order right the person behind the desk argued with me About what I ordered and told me that I needed to take what I had ordered and I let her know that I did not order what she says I ordered Now I have the wrong food not sure if I’ll be back or not very unhappy

All except the specialty pizza I ordered was great. The ham withb1/2 pineapple and black olive was a serious disappointment. 4 small pieces with just ham. It was definitely not 1/2.

When this store first opened, I did not like it as much as the older Little Caesar’s in the K-mart. It seemed like they skimped a bit on the sauce and cheese. After the K-mart closed, this store is the only option so I would still occasionally get pizzas there, but never with much enthusiasm.
Fortunately, this store has really seemed to turn around! The last few orders I have placed, always for a custom pizza and not a hot-n-ready pizza, have been excellent.
Keep making the pizzas great and I will keep coming back for more! Thanks!

I ordered pretzel pizza with pizza sauce and pepperoni, Got regular pizza with no pizza sauce. Called and said I could bring it back but cost me more money to drive then it’s worth!! NOT HAPPY!!!

I ordered online. I like to pick up my pizza in the pizza portal so I don’t have to wait in line. I received an email stating my order was ready, but for some reason they were unable to put my pizza in the pizza portal. I went in, waited in a long line. When I spoke to an employee, they said my order was still being made. (My order was a one topping pizza) I waited an additional 5 minutes. I decided to try the pizza portal after waiting, and sure enough- it was in there the entire time. The employee didnt even ask about my order, they just told me it was still being made and went on to the next customer. Staff is very clearly incompetent.
